I had shopping around 2000, and when the next day I went there to change the T-shirt, the worker who made the shopping bill made a huge issue of this thing and talked very negatively, he spoiled our 30 minutes, An employee called the manager and the manager resolved the issue. The manager was very good, he handled us well. Employees should be humble in dealing with their customers because customer satisfaction is very important at present.

First time I visited Visual Mega Mart at Mandsaur. Earlier I was in GHAZIABAD and was a regular visitor of Visual Mega Mart there.Here at Mandsaur on my first visit My experience was very bad.I wanted to buy oats and green tea packets both items were not available here.I brought the matter in the notice of Manager on duty who replied that both these items are not here.

They have variety of item just like other Vishal outlets but billing time is very poor. They thake very long time to take billing. No lifts in this Outlet. They kept grocery on the top floor, so if you buy your monthly grocery items from here then you have to bring your all items to the ground floor from 3rd floor through stairs. No ramp or no lift working in this outlet.In summers the dont have any proper air conditioning system. It is very hit and humid inside the outlet. Also they dont have any fans inside the trail rooms also. Very disappointed with this store.
