Such a lovely place to have dinner with your loved one. The ambience really impressed me with the candlelight setup and calm music, with the waves crashing nearby. The food here is super delectable and the drinks have the right booze. The dessert didnt impress me that much though. Service was super fast and staff is really well behaved.

Nice ambience and view but menu was limited and overpriced. Expected it to be at lower rates. The only item I picked was not available. Waiter recommended he can make something else but similar but I’ve to pay 100 rs extra. It wasn’t even on the menu. The attitude of the waiter wasn’t good when I told him to add this new item to the menu next time. Left immediately after this incident. Didn’t like it at all. Not recommended. Service of the staff can truly be improved.

This place somewhere near Mandrem - Ashwem beachline is a quiet and beautiful French restaurant with a serene view in front. This might not be your regular go-to place since the menu is a bit pricey. Portions are also small. The menu is limited, but the taste is really good and authentic.Reasons to visit- the ambiance is beautiful, the evening plan will be perfect with dim lighting all around and a tasty French dinner with soothing music. You must try their French cuisines, For Desserts, specifically Chocolate Thali if you have a craving for sweets. Variety of wines to offer. A must-have experience in this area.

The place is beautifully done. Clean. The owners are very welcoming. The waiting staff doesnt do justice with the efforts put by owners to make this a perfect place. Most of them are rude and one can hardly find them around to order. One of them named Bhuvan has asked my 3 year old daughter not to drop the water on the floor as the sand will get wet.( For those who have not visited, our table was in the outside area over the beach sand). Portions are ridiculously small. Pint of Budweiser was 260/-. Point being if you want to enjoy the place then eat and drink someplace else and then go here for some more beer snacks and definitely there dessert.

Great Place to Try French CuisineLa Plage in French means The Beach and as the name suggests the location is by the beach. It serves great French food. Normally, this place is visited by lot of International Foreigners and is close during Monsoon. This place is not at all romantic but it is comfortable. The highlight is that most of their dishes alwere served with green leafy salad and less oily. Basically, they were healthy. We tried lot of sea food dishes and chicken dish. The plating is pretty. We had fruit juice which were concentrated and Sugar free. For main course we had1. Prawn Ratatouille stuffed calamari with vinegar balsamic reduction - Go for it if you are okay with the vinegar smell and taste.2. Carmalised Chicken Skewers with sweet potato and home made mustard - if you are an Indian then you are going to love the chicken. Sadly, the quantity is quite less.3. Calamari a la plancha miso and sesame glazed aubergines with braised bok choy - The dish serves calamari as kind of whole. We, Indians, are not used to eat Calamari in this way. Not that it did not taste bad and foodie adventures should definitely go for itWe had desert called Baby Chocolate Fondant with Fresh Vanilla Cream from Kerala. Ppl not fond too much chocolate can opt for this !The place is pricy. It costed around 3K.Parking is an issue ! The parking space is small and it gets full.PRE-BOOKING your table is highly advisable as this place is mostly crowded and specially during peak season it gets flooded with tourists. This place is great to visit with friends and partner and is not a place for a typical normal Indian Family. I would definitely not visit the place with my parents and grandparents because the food will not be to their liking.Overall, it is a great place and I would love to visit it again.

We drove to this popular beach side restaurant which we had heard a lot about. La Plage was quite a nice place to hang out and to swim in the ocean. The margarita was very nice and so were the appetizers. The place is quite popular as there were quite a lot of people chilling out and enjoying a dip in the sea. Service was good and we enjoyed our time here.

A raw fish ceviche tastes so good when made well and served in the right ambiance! This place is a tad expensive but the taste is too. Beautifully setup on one of the most amicable beaches of Goa.Take of your footwear and laze into their beach chairs trying hide yourself from the sun with their Umbrellas that keep falling with the wind. This has got to be a favorite from whoever has been here. Its just the most gorgeous chill out place with great food.A must visit!

Visited La Plage for desserts after an amazing meal at the Burger Factory. For people with a sweet tooth, the Chocolate Thali is a must order. Another exceptional dessert was the French toast with caramelized apple. Caramel and Pecan ice cream was also amazing. A relaxed atmosphere. During the peak new year time it can be overcrowded, but we went on 9th Jan and it was quite relaxed.Visited again for a sundowner, and had a relaxed evening. Food was lovely again. Hidden somewhere in Mandrem, this place is a beauty. It overlooks the Aswem beach and is one of the most Instagrammable cafes in Goa. The food is good too but menu is limited and portions are small. The lady who runs the place was too sweet to get us a table of our choice and escorted us pleasantly. Deducted one star for stinking washrooms.Otherwise a good place to go to. Recommended.

Fabulous place. If you wanna get away from the madness of north goa, this is the ideal place for you. It’s a haven for creative people. Sit with your feet buried in the sand and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. They have a beautifully curated menu with a lot of good wines. Do ask for a taste of any international wine that you want to try. The staff is super polite and the food is amazing. Most of all what I think you’ll enjoy though, is the ambience; be it during the day, at sunset, or at night.

Ah La Plage! What an experience. Run by (what I assume) is a set of French Expats is amongst the best dining experiences in Goa. With a great view, a chill ambience, a menu of dishes from books of French and Goan cuisines, and their selection of cocktails, you cannot go wrong. The pricing is on the premium side, so is the food, so money well spent. Would recommend reserving a table well before you get there. Enter slowly - the art on the way is quite great.Definitely recommend you spend a late, laid back afternoon here, with the possibility of extending your afternoon to a late evening experience of top class food and beverage.Oh, the beach is a few steps from the place, in case you want to catch sunset at the beach.

Excellent place for a candle light dinner.

Gorgeous property with a coconut grove to sit under. Its breezy throughout the day when some shacks get fairly hot and humid. Very beautifully landscaped with marshy plants and has some fabulous artworks. The space was full of european travellers, families and tons of children running about. The beach front was also pretty cool. In terms of feel, I was delighted with the non stop cheerful and busy vibe.If we talk about food and alcohol, very expensive to start with and fairly mediocre flavours. Some said its because of the peak season but isnt that the time when you actually get a good footfall of customers. I dont think Ill be returning here for food. Might still come for the beauty of the space.

Lovely place right at the morjim beach in Goa. Its off the main road tucked a bit inside. Follow sign posts to get here. They have parking as well for about 15-20 vehicles. We visited La Plage for lunch. The place is really well located and has great ambience with nice art work. The service was prompt but the staff can certainly manage at least smile once. Most important the food was terrible, it has a limited menu. We ordered for a chicken burger and a roasted chicken and ravioli. The burger looked good and was substantial but was tasteless and the roast chicken seemed it was pulled out of the fridge and they forgot to even stick it in the microwave, it was tough , dry and tasteless. The accompanying dips were watery. The ravioli was good. Looking at the clientele it came across as a pretentious place. Will definitely not be going back.
