The beauty of this place is the privacy and how you feel like you are back in time. This piece of paradise has been retained in its old world version. The team is fantastic. And each guest is well taken care of. The food is where the place falters. They want to ensure that the food is simple and home style but then the kitchen is taking some shortcuts that is not really old style eg using packaged coconut powder or milk, not using locally sourced honey, etc. The food definitely lacks soul. Also one does get the feeling that place has a little chip on their shoulder and that takes away from the warmth. But we definitely pray that they are able to retain this pristine piece of land the way it is always. God bless.
