One of the best places to stay in North Goa. Few of the best beaches like Arambol, Ashwem, Morning and Mandrem are very nearby. Anjuna and Vagatore are also not too far. Rooms are big and spacious. Villa is surrounded with big trees in the garden. Fully functional kitchen and an additional outdoor kitchen for barbeque. Very tastefully done outside sitting area. Benoid and Mitchell are awesome host. Not just value for money but an sweet experience of lifetime. Highly recommended
