I would like to specifically give a shout out to two employees here - Sudha and Tulsi.They were very professional and helped us with a specific refrigerator model .They didnt try to sell any specific model unlike other sales people at the store who went to great lengths to give incorrect information.Thanks to both of them, we were able to finally buy a refrigerator after 2 online returns.

Product wise availability is Good. But the Staff and Security Behavior is very rude. They have 12 Bill Counters but only 1or2 Billing counter will be open and this is killing the time of customer.Store Manager is a kind person but he should control his staff and need to change the security at Nacharam Reliance.Security person uses abusive words on the customer.

Poor customer service wrost service. If any customer comes back with a problem they say we are not authorised to replace or exchange. Buying online is much better than buying here. I had expericed in the same store twice

Purchased my mobile phone here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was in fact looking for a black oppo phone which was then out of stock. The concerned staff member was keen to make sure that the missing color was ordered from the near buy Reliance store house and made sure I got the mobile of my desired color preference.Also they have offers that run close to round the year.

We bought today lenova flex 5 laptop from store in nacharam very bad experience we faced in customer service from sales representative Koppu venkanna who dint given accurate information related to product offers and store offers while purchasing product he just eager to sell a product insted of giving good service to the customer....We purchased 84000 worth product but no good customer experience is given.I feel very dissatisfied with regards to customer experience.I am regular customer to the store this time am very angry about experience had with the store representative.

Well, this outlet also has the same out of stock issue as the Uppal one, but the staff here helped me with an alternate option to make an online order and opt for an instant 3 hrs delivery. Still, people who pick up the call will definately mislead us by telling they have everything, whereas in reality everything is out of stock!

During this lockdown, i have purchased a Samsung Microoven , a display piece . I was completely disappointed by the product. They have given me an oven which is not in a proper working condition.It was damaged .. they havent provided all the things necessary for it. Due to lack of knowledge, we thought that it was our fault even when recipes in it got spoiled, later we came to know that it was already damaged and that Even it was their fault, they were answering like, it was our mistake to buy a display piece by believing in them.. So, please dont buy a display piece and also if you want to buy also.. please check working condition of the product and please read each and every detail in terms and conditions carefully. Careful.. I was fooled.. so please dont get fooled by believing in them blindly.Product: The door was not fixed well, the buttons on it also dont work, Micro oven starts just by switching it on, i.e, even before selecting an option.Mainly it was internally damaged!

But the staff who are near doorway doesnt have any knowledge about the products available in the store.I had bitter experience when I went to buy induction cooktop, the staff in the entrance said that they dont have induction cooktop in their store.Reliance digital offers wide range of products from different brands including reliance products for customers in the shop. But the staff does not aware of the products in the shop and they are misguideing the customers, stating that they dont have such products in their shop.

Today I had been here with my dad to purchase a simple android phone.. my dad is 60+ but we were wearing Corona Masks & gloves, both of us.. the moment we entered the showroom the staff immidiately so bluntly asked us go & stand outside, they werent even ready to listen to the query.. there were no chairs outside in the corridor, nothing.. but the showroom was sooo huge & air-conditioned.. within 5 mins a service guy comes and asks the problem, my dad and I kept waiting outside.. its such a shame that a brand like Reliance and such a big showroom with @least a staff of 50-60 people simple standing there, taking salaries without attending the customers.. will never purchase from here.. if you cant treat people well everything comes down to Zero!!!!

Such a bad service ever, they committed to deliver the Sony television by Wednesday, do not inform customer for delay and when you contact the store the next day, they come up with excuses on stock stuck in warehouse . Again they committed to deliver it today but am yet to receive the product, so when i call them they are requesting for tomorrow delivery.They are coming up with excuse of bad wheather, when Amazon and Flipcart can do the service, why cant they.

They sell defective AC and to exchange it is a very lengthy process which never ends.Update: 20th June 2020:- product not exchanged or refunded by the company.- Different Tecnicians have visited 4 times till date to check the product.- reliance digilal dosenot respond to calls.

Never buy AC from Reliance digital. They dont install ACs correctly. In first year of purchase(Hittachi split) I had two major breakdown issues due to bad installation(Gas leakage). Again there is breakdown and no one is attending the service call properly. Could not use the AC for last 2 months when the summer is in peak.

The representatives are very patient. They take time and explain in detail without getting frustrated. They value customers.

Bad service. I bought fridge, washing machine and TV with an additional warranty paid from reliance nacharam. Within the warranty period, my washing machine gave me a trouble. I followed them on calls for several months but no proper response from them. Hence we are not at all happy with their response as well as service. Lost trust on reliance digital nacharam.

In reliance digital once u buy, aftr dat dey dont even care of customers problem , I need to know the details of my few loans n i kept calling dem from 3 days, 4 to 5 members spoke to me to say we will call u return back aftr 10 mins n dey are bzy in some else work, Bt no one called in return, those who spoke dey dont have any manners nore respect and responsibility towards the customer...
