They were a good practice but lately they ask you to get in touch but they make it hard. Will no longer book appointments via email, have removed the ability to book through Patient Access. They want us to ring but can never get through and when you do they hang up. No wonder people are complaining.

I used to have no problems with this GP as I had been registered for years and was always satisfied. I left the GP when I went to university and decided to register again when I finished. Its been a nightmare trying to register! First I was told it would only take a week to register, then when I called to check they said it would be two weeks. I was fine with that till I called after two weeks and was told they didnt have my registry form. Called again, they said they had it and I would be registered right away. Called a couple days later and again, they didnt have my form. Its gotten to the point where Im just going to register with someone else, which is a shame as I had said I had no problems with the GP.

Call many time for appointment, never get one. Say to call tomorrow when I call they say they busy, on training, not taking appointment. Doctor are busy etc. And say to Go to walk in centre.Not helpful at all. Very rude receptionist.Worst

Everytime I had to Call I have to call about 100 time once they pick up there is no appointment never get one :( and lady over the phone she dont really speak to she actually shout over the phone every time I get a same answer if you have an emergency go hospital or walk in centre they not helpful at all very sad to say they here to help us but sorry to say they dont help you

Judging by the low reviews the surgery receives,I must be one of the lucky ones, because everytime I contact them,I have always been greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist,Plus Im always treated with respect and courtesy by the doctors and nurses.

This is somehow a twilight zone practice, as it seems that it would be easier to contact the aliens on Mars than getting in touch with a receptionist here, not say a Doctor, who is like someone living in a black hole in a far, far away corner of the Universe. I am in urgent need of medication, following Covid-19 and hypertension problems that lead to a 187/123 readings of my blood pressure, and apparently only my registered GP practice can prescribe it, as following the laws in England. It was impossible even for doctors at A&E to contact them and today I rang for at least 30 times, starting at 08:00 a.m. without success. I am sorry to say it, but as time goes by, this seems to be a bad taste joke. It is not like we are having enough hardship in life due to Covid-19, we are all alone here and getting help from people designated to provide it is such a rare commodity. It is shameful and I am sure Im not the only one in this position! Why dont you just admit failure and close the practice? At least leave the opportunity of helping people to others more willing to do so!I am totally, completely and utterly disappointed! Its a disgrace!

The Practice Is Of A High Standard.. The Reception Team Answer Phone Calls With Information That Helps The Patient. Dr Watt Is A Caring And Understanding Man..

I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service and professional approach that I was shown today from Dr Edmondson and the Staff at the surgery including Nurse Jane who are always extremely helpful, professional and friendly during the covid-19 pandemic where most doctors would refuse to see you.

Dr Watt .. this genius gentleman is true to his name because he lights up my day whenever I see him!!(Which has probably been like 3 times in 12 years...) 😂..but the reason why I rate him so highly is because iv met many doctors, nurses midwifes, dentists, opticians, etc over the years and iv never met any health care professional as empathetic as Dr Watt!He literally is everything you want from a doctor!! He genuinely and generously wants to help people!Thank you Dr Watt!

Worst gp practice ever The airheads answering the phones are so rude ive been sat in the place while the phones are constantly ringing and the pair of them are just messing around on their phones, and answer when they choose to. Dr Watt is lovely Dr lai is just plain rude and dismissive

Absolutely shocking the way the some doctors and reception talk to you , sheer nastiness You wouldn’t think it’s a professional place dealing with customers and especially children , no care or support whatsoever!

The reception team are always helpful and lovely. They really go out of there way for you. I’ve been in a few times with different problems and issues and nothing is ever to much trouble. Well done reception team 😁

This place is a nightmare, called to enquiry about prescription it took 25 min over to answer and lady on the phone is very rude too. I was been blame for everything going wrong with my prescription, she is not trying to help me instead she is blaming me for whats happening. Now calls services are more worse that ever, no politeness at all.

I would not even give them a star, but I have to so I can write this review. I just spoke to this receptionist on the phone, this is not the first time..., she is so rude on the phone. The next time I will not have you belittle me on the phone like that....If u are stressed have a break don’t use your frustration on poor patients. I don’t know how this receptionist are hired at the centre. Some have no compassion or manners at all.

This surgery works extremely hard under difficult circumstances. The reception staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. The GP’s have always been empathetic and supportive in their practice. All health services could use extra support and cash to help them meet the needs of their communities. Good GP surgery.

The absolute worst Surgery Me and my family have had the misfortune of dealing with. I love respect and appreciate our NHS it’s a shame this surgery doesn’t. I’m just so shocked at this place! The other doctors are GREAT! Unfortunately for me dr.lai I had to deal with. She doesn’t listen. I’ve been given the wrong results and they’ve even sent me for the wrong tests! I’ve had appointments cancelled without letting me know and even worse when they say my appointment was at one time then when I turn up they said I missed it by hours? How!? I rang twice to make sure and confirmed my appointment to be told this!? I don’t want my sons health in their hands! I become more ill coming out of the place than going in! This place is beyond a joke! Certain doctors are brill and the nurses but the way that place is ran is a shambles I’m so glad I’m free from that place and now I’m with another surgery!

One of the most consistent places for providing a poor and unreliable service that impacts peoples lives as a result. Its like no one knows what is going on, there are no specifics when it comes to answers, and it seems everyone there has contrasting answers. Honestly the service only makes my stress levels even higher, they need to get a grip together ASAP.

Patient of Dr Lai.Its obvious from paying this doctor a visit that she just doesnt want to be there. If its a friendly doctor you want then stay clear.On top of that I have picked up a prescription today which is the 3rd one in a row that is missing something. God forbid if she actually had to read all of 3 items on a prescription request.On a positive side, the reception staff and nurse are great and simply couldnt be any nicer.

My family & I have been patients here for many, many years. The reception staff will always help when they can and my main GPs, Dr Siddiqui & Dr Watt have been so supportive during my illnesses and after I lost my Mum 5 years ago. I can not praise them enough. I have recently moved out of their caption area and therefore have no choice but to move medical practice. I cant tell you how gutted I am to have to do this after 43 years with you. Thank you everyone, from the bottom of my heart. X

Only good doctor is Dr Watts. The whole place seriously needs refurbishing as it is depressing. Dr Watts can have five stars.

Find the medical centre very good.Nurses the doctors reception girls so pleasant and always do their very best if u have a problem.A very busy surgery and they do their vey best.

Some of the Drs and nurses are really good and helpful and you get what you need, but the surgery cant organise anything and the way some of the reception staff speak to you is disgraceful they have no people skills at all and they dont communicate between each other depending on who you speak to the rules change and are never the same and they become Drs when you try to book an appointment asking you whats wrong so they can decide if you need an appointment or not. if it wasnt for the reception team I would rate it more as the drs are good at there job

Completely joke! They never helps, always have a problems, even they like to refuse give an appointment!!! When You ask for interpreter they will tell You - that person have to come with somebody speaking in English - when You answer them You dont have that kind of person, they replay but You can speak in English - in they mentality i have to take a day off at work and go with somebody who I make just favour making a call. Reception staff it isnt nice, they looks like they sitting over there as penalty not because it is they job. Staff is not cooperative at all, they dont receive your calls and dont give you appointments. We had emergency but still they didnt give an appointment.

Dr Siddiqui is a good doctor but the practice is incredibly busy and it is almost impossible to get an appointment. I was prescribed new medication and told to make a follow-up appt for 2 weeks time, but they dont have the GP diaries available in advance so I was told to check back on Monday. I was out all day Monday, and by Tuesday, according to the online booking service, nearly all appointments were already booked up! How is it possible to book everything so quickly within one day?! Problems with the booking system here have meant that I have missed basic health checks such as a regular smear test, because it is impossible to schedule for the right time.

The worst GP I ever seen. Most of staff completely useless and not cooperative.... To get an appointment in short time is almost impossible. You have to suffer for 1 week or more before they give You an appointment finally. If You are poorly they never helps You straight away...

The worst medical centre in the U.K. the doctors are ok apart from one of them who can not undrestand English properly, but the reception team is very aggressive and useless. I always come back home empty handed.

Not happy with the services at all! not very helpful and take there time in doing anything. brought in a water sample on wednesday rang up friday for results, they told me to ring up on monday, i called monday and they told me i need to repeat them. repeated them monday morning and took them into the doctors they asked me to ring up tomorrow afternoon, i called up and they said to call back later, i called back later they said call back tomorrow and i am still waiting for my results! if i wasnt in so much pain which ive explain i wouldnt be too mivered but this is disgusting!

I hardly visit the doctor from one year to the next. But I have been twice here in the last 2 or so years and my experience each time couldnt have been better. Visit one was with Dr Saduiqui and he couldnt have been nicer or more helper. Ditto my second trip with Dr Choudry.

Fabulous service, great personalities, shame they are struggling with so many missed appointments. Have patience people!
