Worst service from echo broadband.They wont respond for the problem and delay the issue.

I am getting problem in internet since the day I got wifi installed. I am not getting net in the morning as well as in the night. If I call them it says switch off. They will be answering only between 11-6 in the day and the problem addressed is solved very lately and after sometime the same problem occurs again. Sometimes I dont get internet for whole day even after contacting them the problem exists. In the beginning the net speed was for may be for a week then later i was not able to use just a single laptop. I face alot of problems in delivering my work due to this wifi. My hotspot was way good when compared to the wifi. I have paid RS.7000 for wifi and still using hotspot to do my work. No internet, if you have net its very slow, not proper response if you get response then alot of time is taken to slove the problem.

People who had done review on ECHO broadband Mancherial may be one of your staff members. make your service perfect and then post the comments as good service, wonder full service or what ever; try to be elective broadband in the local... Atleast, change now

Worst service ever. I took a connection of 100 Mbps. But there will be frequent internet problems. Customer service is so bad and I dont think technicians have good knowledge. Please dont take service from them.

My Internet connection with ECHO Broadband went down on 2nd of June 2020.. Issue not resolved till date.. There were 2 customer care numbers. Now, one of the numbers doesnt work because they did not atleast(cheaply) recharge it.. I called the care atleast 100 times.. Everytime I call, theyll say the issue will be resolved in 30 min to 1 hour.. The problem with these guys are, not a single person is eligible or qualified to handle an ISP.. Not even the owner of this ISP.. They dont have inventory of items that might help fix the issue sooner..Example : There is a regular issue with this internet service that a connection box blows up on the service tower. It only costs around 150 to 200 rupees. But this management is so cheap that they dont maintain necessary spares. If a customer has this problem, they have to send someone to buy this box and fix the issue.. 27 days without internet in 1 month.. These people are so nincompoops that they still might justify the 27 days without service...

Immediate response of the staff is irregular, they dont receive the calls at all...And the service is so cheap that it takes one day to rectify... And even if it got rectified, the next minute once again internet gets shutdown... for rectifying again they will take one day for it

Echo is not in good services first they need to learn repecting customers
