The ONLY PURE VEGETARIAN HOTEL IN MANATHAVADI. We had to search for it literally. Parking is a problem as it is in the highway. But you can movie a bit further and take a right turn towards a small Street and park somewhere there. Food quality is ok ok. Supposed to be Veg Fried rice never looked like one. Service is pathetic. But again after all, the only Vegetarian hotel available. Why is it so difficult for us veggies??PS: Please keep the Wayanadu clean. Its such a beautiful place and we never want to behave like illiterates and pollute it. Lets keep it tidy for animals and future tourists too...

Went there expecting to have some Udupi type of food. But, only name is Udupi. Nothing Udupi about it. Has only kerala type veg food, which is frankly boring and can be had in any hotel.

Sambhar was not so good.. expected much better than that

Average to bad food. Dont plan to eat here unless you dont have a choice to eat. The only items available are dosa, parotta and channa batura. All three are equally horrible. I went here based on the photos and comments and found it to be otherwise. Posting an actual pic. Also this place doesnt have a car park facility.

Its a good place for a pure vegetarian. Locates in the Manathawady town, in a crowded street makes one find it difficult. Also, u have to park your vehicle at some distance as there is no parking here. Food is good and service also is quick. As there are not many pure vegetarian restaurants in Wayanad, this place is a good one..

Food is real bad but considering there are very few veg hotels in this area I would say it was ok. The service is quick but there is no parking so bee sure to park in the paid parking zone about 400meters away from the hotel else you would end up taking rounds in the city for a parking space and dont park on the road if you dont want to pay fines and also if you dont want to cause traffic jams.

Awesome food. The iddli is special. Good toilet facilities. Opens up early in the morning. Nice place for a halt while when on a long ride specially for breakfasts.

Udupi Vegetarian Restaurant is located in Mananthavady town of Wayanad District.The restaurant caters to all kinds of healthy and variety South Indian and Chinese dishes.The price is normal and the quantity and quality is good.While passing through Mananthavady, come and visit the restaurant and enjoy the meals too. Parking is an issue here. Rest all amenities are available.I strongly recommend.

A must visit vegiterian hotel in mananthavady town. Service was excellent. Neat and clean hotel with tasty food. Very near to mananthavady bus stand. I visited here on afternoon , evening and for dinner. Got excellent lunch. Rice will not be served for dinner.

Good veg food in affordable price

Although it is situated in an old premises it is the only 100% vegetarian hotel in Mananthavady town,Wayanad. Staff are having polite behaviour and the are priced moderate.Udupi is famous for its vada, must try their fluffy, crispy vada if you are there.And I believe it is the only place where you can have chenna batura and it is good but not the best. Restaurant is situated in a heavy traffic are and is having limited parking space which is again reserved only for bikes.( I dont know if they are providing any parking for bigger vehicles around any other place)

Not the best food. Not the best ambience. Just went here as there was no other vegetarian restaurant around. Had ordered ghee roast Dosa and it was near to awfulness. The curry was not good so was the Dosa. But one good thing was about the friendly manager or may be he was the owner he guided us through the route back to Karnataka as we were new to Kerala and the roads back to Karnataka were either flooded or closed during the time of visit.

For the veggies this would be the best option in mananthavady town while mostly are non-veg hotels. Can have good food.

This is the only vegetarian restaurant in Mananthavady. The quality of the food is OK but it is overpriced. The restaurant is situated at the centre of the town, which is a drawback because there is not enough parking.

Udupi used to be a great restaurant. I used to love their masala dosha and vada. Now the quality of food has gone down along with overall cleanliness. They havent fixed a leaky tap for more than a year. I hope they regain their former glory.
