My review is based on first impression over the phone call. Today I called them after seeing such great reviews.A lady answered the call and then put on hold to check for the item. She kept me on hold for 2 minutes then picked up and put me on hold again. Finally she disconnected the phone call without saying anything.I called back to ask her why she disconnected the call and she was like they are doing something to the phone line.

I love this place because you can find so many computer related parts and accessories at good rates especially if youre lucky enough to meet the owner in the shop and ask him for a discount, my rating loses one start for two annoying issues, the area on which this shop is located is quiet busy almost all the time additionally if you ever try calling them to explore available options that could match your needs youll instantly feel how the sales person on the other line is so eager to hang up the call! its very very disrespectful the way she talks to customers! its as if youre entitled for one query and thats your limit! if the shop was located in an easily accessible area I wouldnt have bothered calling them.

There is no car park. The shop inside looks like a small pc warehourse instead of computer shop. You cant browse items and you have to ask for the shop assistant to get you anything.
