Wonderful interior, friendly staff and a pleasant stay overall. I like the couches in the hotel lobby, the ones inside the rooms too. Have not tried their food (yet) but I assume nothing less. Parking spaces are alright.

Intercontinental, when one look at the name, its suggest high end of IHG group hotel, with in house good restaurant and facilities associated with name itself. Property is no doubt close to all nearby entertainment and markets, but will like to call it Holiday Inn, rather than Intercontinental. If you call value for money, no it’s expensive compare to in house facilities. Staff is excellent, they are courteous, and very helpful. The service during breakfast is excellent by staff.Need to improve a lot on club facilities provided for club room guests, have seen better facilities in even Crown plaza in Dubai

Living up to the InterContinental standards of luxury and elegance, you will most definitely be pleased with your stay here. There are a variety of restaurants open to guest and the public to enjoy. The steakhouse on the second floor, overlooking the lobby is excellent. And with its close proximity to the Souq, you are able to relax and rest easy after shopping.

Not the first time that i stayed all was very satisfactory. Staff were great kind considerate and very helpful. staff from Legends restaurant simply great as indeed for the breakfast..Received very practical assistance regarding a PCR test. Very near the hotel and at a good price. This is so important during these difficult times. Sometimes its these things that are very important. So thank you.for this

I had a pleasant stay for a week. Rooms were squeaky clean. Staff were really friendly and caring especially Mr. Siyam Mohammed from the restaurant who assisted us and arranged breakfast according to our needs. Breakfast had a diverse spread. Room service was excellent.Overall had a top notch stay.

Everything was kf a great experienceThe front office team, Remy, Umar, Becash and othrs where of a great professional and best welcoming staff. I was hoping to upgraded to sweet as normal, and I have rewarded night and that can’t book through IHG website but when I was at hotel we have contacted IHG head office and they made new booking with a different rate. Even do we have explained to them that we have checked in

I stayed for 3 nights at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bahrain. The entire experience was welcoming. From my arrival to departure I enjoyed the level of service and the quality of the service administered in the hotel. I would easily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel stay in Bahrain.

Stayed here for 16 nights and was really impressed. Paid for the daily 3 meal room service and was really impressed. The room service, housekeeping, front desk all are extremely nice and professional. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff go out of the way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.The 48 hr braised Brisket and chicken chasseur where amazing. One of the best meals I have ever had. Would highly recommend.

I frequently stay in hotels as I regularly travel for work. I can confidently say that the Intercon in Bahrain is the best hotel I’ve stayed in when it comes to the staff! They were absolutely amazing.My sister and I stayed at this hotel earlier this month for 11 days. We were travelling due to a personal loss in the family and had to spend that time there to quarantine before travelling back to the UK. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay perfectly comfortable and stress free. Going to breakfast was the best part of our daily routine in the hotel, not just because of the amazing food that Rajesh cooked, but also because of the staff(and I apologies if we didn’t capture some of the names). Vishnu ensured that the breakfast area was run like clockwork and all the guests’ needs were served. I witnessed him personally helping the staff and checking if guests were happy on a daily basis.In addition to this all the staff were fabulous. Ali(I think room director), was always on hand to help us and have a quick chat, which we enjoyed. The facilities at this hotel are second to none and the hotel is spotless! The cleaning staff do an amazing job. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Bahrain!

Its amazing. The front desk staff were very professional. Room service staff were spot on in customer service. Engineers ensured all discrepancy were handled in a timely manner. The food quality is amazing and the level of care provide by the food staff is superb. From Breakfast, to Tea time, to Happy hour, best food and service I had in a long time at a hotel!

A good hotel with a fine standard of accommodation...but what make this place stand out is the staff. All staff are friendly, cheerful, approachable, efficient and above all happy to be there which can only reflect well on the management team. Above all Umar and Bikash on the main desk stand out as exceptional in their field, compared to their peers around the world.

My wife and Is stay at InterCon was most enjoyable. Staff was great and the amenities were extreme comparable. Request a room with a shower versus tub. I would stay there again.

Our waiter was Siyam was a super server who helped us with understanding the menu and make the best choices. He made our visit worth remembering and he convinced me to try their fresh strawberry jam on my waffles. Thank you Siyam! Will visit soon again.

Great staff, spotless clean, excellent service and delicious food. Moustafa(front desk) and Shanil provided an outstanding customer service upon my arrival after a long 27 hour trip, and helped with a smooth check in experience.

As expected from the IHG, a great hotel, good rooms, excellent service and staff. The location is the best, in the heart of the gold souk area, and plenty of options for eating out.Nothing is too much effort for the staff.The only note of caution is the sound of motorbikes during the weekend evenings - they can wake you up.

I have stayed at the IC Regency many times. The upgraded rooms and the service are very accommodating. This is my preferred hotel in Bahrain.

I stayed at the Regency for 2+ months and I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff. Unfortunately my entire stay was during the shutdown of the country due to a rise covid cases. The staff still managed to make my stay memorable. They went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and provide me the best service. They were all very friendly and caring I feel Ive made some life long friends with the entire staff.The food was delicious and they made items that were not on the menu if you wanted. I would return to this hotel without hesitation and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bahrain.

Absolutely amazing service from everyone you encounter in the hotel, from the welcome at the door to the cleaning staff. Covid secure and very very clean. Food was amazing in the restaurant, went for the Iftar buffet and all the food was amazing and there was so much of it! The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and very kind. I cannot say how nice all the staff are, even when rushed off their feet they do not forget to smile and talk to you calmly. Cannot recommend enough. I hope to stay again!

I have been a regular guest for more than a decade and the IC BAH remains my favorite hotel. Perfect location next to Bahrain Financial Harbor and close by to the Souk Area it caters both business and leisure guest profiles. The major shopping malls are just few minutes away as well. The biggest asset remains the excellent staff. Greeted by name on numerous occasions, great concierge and an overall aim to please attitude make this the Number 1 in Bahrain. The location is amazing, the service is amazing, and the hospitality is AMAZING. I always stay at IHG hotels because they always satisfy my needs. Comfy beds, great value and good for business trips.

This hotel really looks after me as a Spire Elite Ambassador. If they actually only provided the IHG Reward Club benefits I am entitled to, I wouldnt stay regularly. Thankfully there is no consistency with the delivery of benefits by IHG and I only stay with properties that provide benefits comparable to the other chain loyalty programmes that I am a member of. I always hope that one day IHG will wake up and deliver benefits which at least match those delivered by other programmes. Thanks again to the team at this great hotel.

Everything was amazing in the hotel, the renovation was excellent, the rooms were nice, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a good presentation of a traditional Bahraini breakfast. A good front desk staff. Nice pool. Good SPA services pool, Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna.

The staff is extremely dedicated and was greeted with name on basically all occasions. COVID-19 measures were very strict and efficient - better safe than sorry - wise decision of management to take this serious. I could observe regular disinfection of elevators and even small details I saw valet disinfect keys. Overall the stay was great we were there for business and did some shopping on the weekend. Thanks a lot to Benson who gave us a very warm welcome and helped arrange transport for our meetings as well. We felt well taken care of the whole stay.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Food and beverage options within the hotel were excellent. Rooms with a bathtub required a large step to get in and out, and there is no curtain to keep water from running all over the floor when you shower so you must be careful. Rooms with walk-in showers are great.

An enforced long stay due to COVID restrictions is never good but the staff here have been excellent. The restrictions mean that little is open but the food and service has been excellent with the staff always eager to help.

Intercontenintal Manama hotel implementing a full health roles and regulations hygiene, they are imposing a very secured measures and hygienic procedures to prevent any factors related to COVID 19 All staff are using face masks, hand gloves and keeping the social destining as advised by the local, national and International health precautions, including restaurants staff, that are having face shield over the face mask and scanning temperature for every guest. Sanitiser stations are everywhere in the hotel, with a digital scanning temperature cameras located in the main entrance of the hotel, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well prepared to the next new guest. before the stay I requested to check in early, by calling the hotel one day before the arriving, but unfortunately when we checked in, the room was still occupied by anther gust, it was really a difficult time for me and my family, we waited until 8pm to move to our suite, the front office offers us a room, then at 3pm they offer us a second room that was made a big difference to the family. On all cases, we love the place and the people of the InterContinental Manama. I understand that some times its hard for the hotel to satisfy every body all the time. Over all we were very happy to stay in such remarkable hotel and outstanding team, and I am strongly recommend everybody to come to visit the place. agin my stay was remarkable, I hope to come back very soon, with a special regards to the concierge people especially for Anwar and Mohamed, I may extend my regards. with a very special greeting to all the team in the InterContinental regency hotel in Bahrain, thank you very much, and proud of you all, hope to see you soon in my next stay. Excellent hotel. I have stayed here many times and I always have a great experience. The rooms are very nice with really comfortable beds and the facilities are really good, booth pools and gym are great. Also there is a wide choice of excellent food even if only one of the restaurants is open but you can order food from all of the others menus even if you are ordering room service which was very much appreciated. The hotel staff are all very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they really should be praised especially now that they have to work with all the extra COVID precautions, they still go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for.

The Intercontinental Bahrain was my 2-week quarantine for traveling in. What an experience I had. From the front desk attentiveness to the doorman Anwar to the ladies and gentleman in the restaurants to the housekeeper and maintenance man. Perfect, kind, thoughtful and made me feel like their most valued guest. The food and chefs should be complimented. I had the best oatmeal and steak ever. All the food was amazing. The room was comfortable. The location perfect to walk the lovely city of Manama. The people are friendly and the ability to manage COVID in the hotel and on the public health was the best I’ve seen on the world. Bahrain is a great place. Thank you all.

From collection at the airport to departure it was a very good experience.The hotel is very Covid secure and takes many steps to ensure guest safety.We were upgrade to a 1 bed suite, which was very nice, and warned about some upgrade work on the lower floors. We heard a bit of noise occasionally, but it was not loud or intrusive.Due to Covid there were some restrictions in dining etc. and breakfast service was slower than normal due to it now being prepared to order and not a buffet. The food was excellent and you can order what you want.Some alcoholic drinks were not available, but this was the same in other bars and restaurants in Bahrain, so I assume it is a supply issue.All the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to provide excellent service and make us feel safe.Highly recommended
