We had been planning to go to IKEA since long time...got time today. The approach road is good/exclusive. The parking is more than adequate. Parking signage is proper. There are two types of parking. Parking A is outside in open, parking B is indoor covered multilevel. We parked indoor.First part is Showroom followed by market section, self service warehouse and checkout section You have to select items in Showroom (we took photos of unique number of items v wanted to buy) then the items can be picked up in market place or self service warehouse (clearly written on tag of time in Showroom). The check-out section has huge cash counters with automated line management system which announces the counter you have to go for payment. Very smooth service and experience was excellent. Those of you who have seen Ikea in Europe should expect slightly smaller size here but excellent collection to choose.

IKEA staff are as always helpful, they assist and guide the customers to the best products which will satisfy their needs.For instance, today I went to buy the DAGOTTO footrest to use in my home office during online classes, the seller suggested ÖVNING Multifunctional ergonomic footrest and let me compare and choose between the two available options. I ended up buying the product he suggested, for being more appropriate as it can be used in different orientations and for different purposes, and most importantly it is more comfortable to use with barefoot at home.The only problem is that the journey is long from taking the product until reaching the cashier. It cannot be short and fast, especially if you want to buy one specific product quickly.

Great place but always short of staff that are available to answer your questions. Staff are always busy with something else so they are not readily available to help. But when available they are very helpful.

Ikea, all over the world is the best place to get all you want in a house. If possible i would fully furnish my house with products from Ikea. All their products are high in quality and they last really long.I still use a small bookshelf that i bought from them more than 10 years ago.They have a restaurant as well where the food is good, nothing extraordinary though. They even have a separate store where in you could get jams, baked goodies and alot of other stuff.

IKEA is good but if you visit IKEA after 25 years you will find the exact items, same colours, same designs. Nothing New

Two years ago we got a dining table with 4 chairs from there it was a big DISAPPOINTMENT. One of the chairs broke three days later. Now weve replaced all the chairs...it wasnt cheap though.As much as I loved IKEA I hated it

Poorly rated and not at all recommended. I wonder why do security guards allow foreigners to enter with their backpacks but dont allow Bahrainis with backpacks of the same size. Is it because security guards are foreigners? Or what exactly is the standard? I wonder!!!

We like to visit Ikea not only for furniture purchase , but also for dining experience . It’s very affordable and well cooked food with many choices grilled , fried , boiled , salads . They deserts are yammmi tooo . We love this kinda “snickers” cake . 💗

I used to go to Saudi Arabia every month, shopping in IKEA and other places. What a relief when IKEA opened in Bahrain. Its even bigger than the branch in khubar, Saudi Arabia, so it seems to me. IKEA is a wonderful place to shop in. So many house organization ideas you get there, plus, its a good walking exercise. Prices are now much identical to Saudi. Take your wife and children for perfect shopping experience.

Several items were out of stock. Not easy to find what one is looking for. The food was undercooked. I had better experiences at ikea in other countries.

Ikea is not only for home and furniture display, most people also visit the shop for dining from their eat all you can restaurant. Its very affordable and you will be satisfied from their food serving. I experience it in IKEA Bahrain.

The best part of Ikea is its well planned route map and the amazing interior design works which can give you really impressive ideas. Must visit!

Very long walking area not good to purchasing only for viewing , no more sales persons to advise , and in case you purchase no delivery and no installations and fixing , all is chargeable no thing is free.

In terms of the specialised products they offer, IKEA is the best.It offers a fascinating array of self assembled multi utility products. I mean you could wander for hours in there while trying to decide what to buy or be spoilt for choice in getting what you need of you already know what you want.IKEA Customer service is on point. You can totally order online and have it delivered to you at home. Unless you are a picky customer, in which case you can inspect what you want to buy in person before actually making your purchase.Best part - IKEA can get you customized furniture that isnt available locally.

2021.08.30 A favorite place. Today I was disappointed. The customer service did not meet my expectations. I bought staff and I was informed that ikea will have a service to install. After reaching check out, information desk told us no. Conflicting information. Very disappointed.

Most of the best items are always out of stock, and it takes them SO long to restock. I think its ridiculous.

I love going there even if I don’t want to buy anything because I always find something to buy. I got annoyed once with the support, couldn’t find any employee to assist me.Their delivery is also bad, the driver wasn’t punctual nor ethical.

IKEA is an international brand name that Im not in the position to evaluate. But accordingly to my own experience, the quality of goods are very good compared to the price. If I would rate it from 1 to 10! I would give it 8 at max. Again, this is my own opinion

I Liked the space saving concept furniture. But didnt like the sofa sets as the price seems very high.

Very well known and reputed store to buy furnitures, household items, children items etc. Lot of choices available. One can easily spend one day here. They have Cafe and Restaurant inside. Lot of parking space. Staff is friendly and service is good. You can check online website before you want to visit. Home Delivery option is available.

It’s nice place for home shopping but you have to spend long time to select what you want if you are with your family. Alone is very easy to take what you want all items are European standard except the press wood furniture is short term usage. Therefore I like solid wood furniture even it’s expensive but durable

It’s huge place for decorating, accessories, tools, furniture and so many things in one place.You will have a nice journey while you are shopping in IKEA for you or your friends and family.There is a coffee shop inside, friendly staffs but unfortunately you will not see them to assist you, you should look over them to ask for any assistance you look for.I wish there is more staffs to help and guide customers.

I never leave Bahrain without visiting IKEA and picking up kitchenware...pasta pot, strainers, kitchen towels, spice jars plus bed linen, towels, duvet covers, bathroom mats... There are new things to buy and plenty to browse. IKEA needs a whole day to be explored. Great buys!

Best thing about Ikea is the location. No stores or buildings next to it so NO TRAFFIC! lots of shaded parking All in one furniture store with a restaurant and free 2 hour kids play area.Whats not to love!

What is there to say? They hustle you bad! Tricksters! Make you walk through the entire store, thats just plain cruel!Youll make a list of things you need and end up leaving with the whole store and then some. My advice if youre on a budget and know what you need, order online, or maybe you have better self control, I dont.

Furniture is not very trendy. Not much range in bedroom sets. Also sofa designs are old fashioned.

Please avoid IKEA online at all costs in Bahrain. Literally has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They will give you a time slot when to deliver and then they will never show up no matter how many times you call them, they will even lie to you and tell you your order is on the way when in fact, it will never show up. When you try calling these incompetent people, they will tell you the same thing over and over again telling you that your order will come today when it never shows up. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to even track it since they are NOT willing to give you any phone number of their delivery service. I have ordered from IKEA abroad and have never experienced such issues they way I have in Bahrain. Avoid shopping online from them at all costs.

This was no ordinary furniture shop visit for me , its was a life inspiring unique experience ! Well Designed shopping showroom will take you through a path that covers almost everything furnishing-related IKEA branded goods. From spoons, forks and kitchen wars till bathrooms towels and bedrooms furniture and sofas...this place is like candy land for those who wants to furnish new home or just looking to add a new cuboard to their room. Unlimited ideas that provide storage solutions and inspire you to use your available space efficiently. A swedish IKEA restaurant will be the perfect ending to this beuatiful journey located just before the cashiers.Warning: this is really a time-consuming big showroom so take my advice and take what you want once you see it since it will be hard to go back and check for it in this huge facility!!!

Customer service is pathetic, I should say. I recently visited Ikea in salmabad, and the treatment we recieved was very disappointing. After I gathered all my essentials, one of the staffs told me to keep the things I planned to purchase back as the counter was closed. I was really disappointed. Either they should have told me at the beginning or they should let me finalize my shopping. Later, the staff allowed me to go to the counter but the initial treatment was bad.I hope the customer service would have been better.
