There is quite no of steps of you go walking...(Approx 100)If you go by taxi or rickshaw you will definitely get stuck in jams and traffic for nearly 15 to 30 min...The environment of temple is quite good...There is forest nearby and some view points as well...Youll get 15 min of line for Darshan, may vary with season...

This temple of hidamba Devi have its special status ..people believe in this temple as hidamba Devi fullfil their wishes at one visit ..everybody should visit once in his life to this temple ...great place. ..I myself visit two times for this place .. hidamba Devi is one of the great Devi from our all Devi..she complete all wish of every person ...people comes their with their problem and go freely after giving all their problem to ma Devi . The way to go there is fine ..but on going there the climate change fastly which may affect your health So..come here with your full preparation and with full lauggage also ..people at this place are very helpful they do not hurt anyone even they always ready to help the stranger ...they also give shelter to the people who came here without preparation ..they help very much to the people but due to shortage of big market,some of the things are sold at very high price ..as the packet of biscuits cost 5 rs is sold there at 10 rs price ..the food at the restaurant there,is also expensive as this whole place. Is for people coming from other place ..I would like to say thank to my friend who introduced me to this temple ..

Trek to this place from mall road, and you will feel the warmth in your body and fresh air. Beautiful will be a smaller word for hadimba temple, you will find local people there who will offer you skiiieng in 300/- so good to go there
