Not providing proper services like t.v , cleaning of room and not manage room service

The rooms were spacious and most importantly it provides 3 beded rooms which much of the hotels dosent have,the behavior of the staffs were good,but there were some issues with the geyser and the electric connection.....but i must say the location of the hotel was best it was near the mall ,main market,bonbihar,and monastery,....most importantly it is sorrounded with some of the best restaurants like sher e punjab,etc....and it is also situated near the taxi,auto stand and the HPTDC bus stand.....overall it is one of the best hotel you can check in........ (date- 11/09/2019)

Rooms were good and food was also nominal and tasty , services were average and staff was not helpful

Located near mall road bus stand , room are clean service also good , parking available ,contact directly to hotel for more discount than others booking website

Bit inside from mall road, parking space is difficult to find for a car, good matted rooms n cheap compared to others in the vicinity, owner is very helpful in arranging bikes for local sight seeing on day basis

Close to the Mall, Buddhist Monastery and Van Vihar. The rooms are not that good.
