I stayed here for like 20 days and it was super super amazing. You are totally into wild but with all safety and comfort and with breathtaking views.. If you always dreamt to stay in mountains ( but with good connectivity for your workaction 😝) this is “the place”. It will not feel like a hostel or commercial stay but will feel a long stay with your buddies. And obviously the host “ Anand bhai” 😉 is the super host you can ever find .. if it is Manali staycation; it should be stayers .

Stayers hostel probably has the most amazing views in all of Manali. The hosts are very warm and friendly and they also also have two really cute doggies! You can spend hours just chilling in their cafe. All in all, its a wonderful place to reside in Manali, far away from the maddening crowd.

We wanted a good homely place away from crowd with great views for our long work-ation in Mountains and Stayers was just perfect.I stayed here for more than 3 months ( April-June, 20201), spent entire second lockdown from stayers, witnessed snowfall and rains both. My Work From Mountains experience can not get any better..Views :This is the last hostel in old manali and situated at top most level and so the view is THE BEST and uninterrupted in entire manali. You can spot entire old manali, new manali, villages like Vashisht and Prini, Jogini waterfalls from just sitting in top floor cafe. It is like base camp to wide green meadows which is hardly 25 mins hike from hostel. Also this is best place in entire manali to witness snowfall.Rooms :I took private room with attached washroom. Room was very cosy, spacious and clean. View from the room window is just amazing to wake up to. Room have double bed, table, cupboard and basic facilities. Washroom have running hot water. They do have bunker and a cottage as other stay options.Food :They have cafe located at top floor serving all basic food, juices, tea/coffee etc. Anand bhai, Ronnie bhai and Panku bhai served us yummy food everyday for all these months !Vibe :Very peaceful place away from crowd and any kind of noise. Theres a small garden near entrance to play and table-chair setup for work as well. They have 2 cutest dogs, Simba and Amore and theyre just the whole vibe. At night if the sky is clear, you can have great stargazing experience as well. Cafe have fun paintings, card games and many books to make you sit there and have fun with friends.Host :Anand bhai is an amazing host and now like a friend. Young guy always there for you to talk, play bluff, do cooking experiments and chill with you. He took us to many hikes around like meadows, jogini waterfalls, bijli mahadev and many more not on maps trails.Place connectivity :This hostel is 5-10 mins hike from famous rockys cafe. Proper road and street lights are not available on this trail but that is what makes your stay experience peaceful and adventure all at once ! View is absolutely worth the hike and lost energy.Netwrok Connectivity:Internet connectivity is good. They offer wifi too. All phone network works here too.Overall, we had an EXCELLENT stay and without saying this will always be my home for many upcoming visits

I had an amazing stay at Stayers Cafe in winter 2020. The location is amazing. It has snow capped mountains on one end and a dense forest on the other end. You can trek through the forest trail to find unexplored meadows all over.The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the food is great.PS: You need to trek a bit to reach the place.

This place is on the top of old manali with majestic view of manali town. Two dogs Simba and Amore will vibes to the wonderland. Stay is affordable. This place serves as a basecamp for beautiful trek to meadows of the mountains.

One of the best views you can get in Manali. Stayers hostel is just on the opposite hill of Rocky’s Cafe. Rooms are cozy and nice! Staff is awesome!It felt like home! We overstayed and enjoyed every bit of it!

Best place to stay in old manali, view is unmatched ,people are lovely and dogs are babies.Its a home away from home . I spent good 15 days thr and felt like i was part of the place .The vibes here are so peaceful and cozy you will not feel like going anywhere but just being in the cafe and looking at the lovely view in front of you .Will be going back soon

This place has the best view in Manali as it is the last and the highest hostel in old Manali. The cafe here is very beautiful with paintings and views everywhere.I spent 2 weeks here on my solo trip. The vibe and the tribe both are great. Anand is an amazing host and youll find many new friends here. They have very adorable dogs - Amore and Simba. You can never get bored of this place. Highly recommended!!

Excellent stay there. The stay was worth the money. This hostel has the best view in the whole of manali. You need to Trek for 5 minutes to come to this hostel. But guys this is definitely worth it. Will again visit.

It was a great experience there. We didn’t know about this cafe and that was the day when we decided to stop on top of the Old Manali hills. While exploring a lot we found this cafe sitting on top of the mountain. Staff was also very friendly and we all became family. We painted that space danced and saw snowfalls in the night. They were very helpful and whenever you got to Manali please go visit this place. The view, the nature, that cafe it’s all worth it..

I left a piece of my ❤️ here.My eyes still well up with flashes of all the beautiful, cherishable memories I created here in my 30 days of stay. 30 days, you heard it right! And that span of a month whizzed past in no time. Be it the endless hours of just lazing around on one of the cots at the terrace cafe, soaking in the sun and burping to a satiated tummy filled with delicious paranthas prepared by the lovely Akshay, or be it the breath-taking view (THE best view ever!) that is always hung in front of your eyes like a surreal painting, no matter if youre in your room or on the terrace or sitting in the front lawn.Every single thing about this place made me feel so much at home, in the company of my own people. Anand, the caretaker, is an absolute gem of a person. He took utmost care of our comfort, was an ever-helping, ever-proactive host. Treated me like his elder brother. Akshay is a sweetheart! The young man is full of zeal and is always game for taking you for mini trips to the local markets or for longer hikes and treks. He breathers life into a gathering with his stories of Himachal, attends to you at all times and with everything, and is the most fabulous cook you would ever meet.Prashant and Komal, people who run and own this beautiful place, are such wonderful hosts. Even before I reached there, they made sure all arrangements were made and I did not have even the slightest of inconvenience that could be obvious for someone who has just arrived.Lastly, the write-up would be incomplete without a mention of Amore and Simmba. Go to this place, and get to know them yourself. You wont be disappointed. :)I can literally go on and on talking about this chapter of life of mine. I could literally write a small book on it! But a shrug that pulls me out of nostalgia reminds me that this has to be treated as a review, and not as a memoir. So, I would just conclude by saying that if you are visiting Old Manali, or even Manali for that matter, you are doing a great disservice to yourself by not staying at this home. Make this your home, spend some time here, and youll know what I mean. :)

Booked two bunks via booking.com and got it 250INR per head. The owner upgraded our bunks to a double bedroom for the same price and that was a very sweet gesture. Its very far from the mall road, the cabs and autos charge 150 to 200 to go up there. The cars cant go up till the destination. You will have to hike up a bit so if you have a lot of luggage this isnt the place for you! It has a nice view. Away from all the chaos and peaceful. We dint have lights in the bathroom. And the taps were not working fine. We dint have water to even brush our teeth the next morning so we had to ask for locals and got ourselves a kettle of water from the locals. There was still a lot of repair work going on in the hostel. Apart from that a nice place for backpackers and people looking for budget stay.

I stayed in Stayers twice, 4 days in September19 when there rooftop cafe was just opened and 15 days in Nov20 (work from the hills) when the pandemic was at a peak.Stayers is a place where you would be welcomed by family like people, warm, funny, who would do all in their wit and power to make your stay the most comfortable one.Run by cute lill boys; Anand and pahaadi Akshu; Crowd, comfort, peace, isolation and fun anything you might be seeking with a pinch of familiarity and love is what Stayers offer.And needless to stay, The Best View in all of Manali.Visited Manali 8 times and no stay has been better than this one. Go for sure!

Well to begin with it is one of those places whose owners themselves are travelers. They know what we, urban travelers, need.Location is excellent. And nothing excellent comes for free. Here you need to pay in two different way, money for stay & food and your energy to get there! But it is worth paying.View from the cafe is of next level, of course with good healthy food. This is the highest hostel in Old Manali. Service is best. Both Anand & Akshu are very very friendly. They will do anything to make you happy. They will even come with you to explore trails if theyre free.While this place can serve as a base for various adventure activities, it is also a best place to do nothing.Ive never seen kaamchor and aalsi dogs but well well well they do have two such lovely dogs 😅🥰.All in all it was a wonderful experience with them. I highly recommend this stay for Old Manali.I have given overall 4/5 stars to them. It is not that I have given one star less for anything I disliked. So the place is one of the highest cafe in Old manali which gives it a advantage of one of the best view, it has no adjacent building or structure and hence gives a feel of raw nature and is very peaceful, the cafe owner is very friendly and warm so you feel comfortable vibing and chilling at this place. The food is fine rates are on a higher side but still no high enough to burn a hole in your pocket.Must visit if you want to have a distinct experience. Recommended.

The staff were incredible. Take the time to get to know them and have some friendly conversation. We hung out on the rooftop and talked for a while and they also treated us to a couple of movie nights with others at the hostel. Theyre honest about how to get around, and what you should and shouldnt do.The location of the hostel is excellent, you dont even have to move an inch to have the view.If you are looking for long stays then this is the place.

Staff is so nice in the hostel. We have some kind of problem with payment but they really helped with that and they find another solution as fast as they can. They are really nice that they answered all of our questions before we go.About the hostel. We can say that it was really nice but the beds are comfortable and toilets are clean and hygienic, its really nice and cool thing for any hostel. And about the breakfast, it was really nice and the coffee was awesome in there! Its a really peaceful hostel with magnificent views and you can socialize people in the cafe and garden. They have a good cafe and cute apple orchid so you can always go somewhere for breathing fresh air. Thank you Stayers Hostel and Cafe. Aman and Team...Great Work...Keep Growing!!

The food is incredible here, and Akshu and Bhanu, the backbone of Stayers are managing the whole thing very well. They are great hosts and it was saddening leaving the place. You know, the vibe. Amazing.

This property definitely has the best view in Manali along with some of the best staff I have ever come across. The stay is an experience in its own sense. The staff is extremely nice and treats you like family, security is good and tents provide a great camping experience altogether. Highly recommended.
