I highly recommend this cafe for breakfast. It has a good range of western breakfast choices if you want a change from local food. The coffee is outstanding.I like this place because there is no loud music, no one will force you to order immediately as soon as you sit, and there is no compulsion to leave as soon as you are finished eating. It feels like a place where I can sit and enjoy at my own pace.They also have some clothes and other things on sale.The staff are friendly and very competent.

Coffee is very good and breakfast menu is also good and well priced. Nice place to sit and relax. I think it is the Best place in Assi area to have breakfast. I do definitely recommend this place. Although the lunch meals (like pasta or wraps) are just average.

To talk about its food, I cant stop telling about it to friends and family, it was so really delicious. Also they serve good coffee. I tasted muffins . It was also very yummy. One must visit it if he or she searching muffins nearby assi ghat.

They make the best coffees in town, go for a double shop cappuccino (110Rp), and its generally a nice, good value and very comfy hangout. Theres some simple food at good prices, too. I wouldnt recommend their cheese cake, though, and service is very slow

The place is really nice and quiet.. Good food and music.. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the edge of your chair with blissful breeze in the balcony. There are also a lots things to buy but best thing is the ambiance..

The cafe is situated in a very Peacefull colony. The board outside the cafe says Good Coffee and trust me, they arent kidding.You can also buy stuff like photographs, postcards, hippie kind of clothes.This cafe is inside a home.. Youll get a very homely feeling.The staff is very friendly. Youll have a good time here.

This place is a very peaceful place to go and chill while eating or drinking something nice and reasonable price. In their shop they have lots of things with original prints (I guess thats why the price is kind of high). But anyways, they accept credit card for payment in both, the store and restaurant. I got this pretty original monkey from here, unique souvenir!

2 stars for atmosphere and nice drinks. I highly recommend NOT to come here for dinner. Dinner options are limited - few sandwiches, wraps, pasta and fries with chicken. I ordered chicken nuggets with fries and salad, what tasted like cheap, frozen pre-made food. 260 rps is way to much for such factory taste like portion. I was very disappointed about food quality as I came here after reading good references. This cafe might be good, if you want to come for cakes or refreshing beverages.

Really great. It was so beautiful. It felt very different what with the dining area and the shop were moulded in together. The shopping options were quite varied and the items were wonderful. The owner was very nice. I really liked the laid-back feel and the overall cool atmosphere of the place. I will definitely be visiting again to purchase knick-knacks and gorge on their delicious food.P.S: The portions served were very generous.

Im not impressed at all. The service is useless. They simple ignore you, instead of coming to take your order. The veggie salad was a soggy mess and tasted terrible. When I told the staff, they just looked at me without commenting.

In close affinity to the famous ASSI GHAT of varanasi this small cozy café is situated. For refreshment post an exhaustive tourist trip of ghats this is a go to place. P.S. Especially for foreign tourists.The snacks tastes good especially their bakery items, in particular the banana muffin. The ambience is really soothing and you wouldn’t know how time just passed.Something unique about this café is that it has a wide range of handmade articles made by women suffering from certain disorder and the profit gained from selling these articles is used to help them.Not at all overpriced so if you are in Varanasi, you must visit this place.

Sit out on the balcony n enjoy the really good food n coffee here is great they call the french press a plunger coffee . Also the products on sale are cool!

A cute little cafe in the middle of busy Varanasi. The coffee and food was good and the staff were helpful. You can sit here for as long as you want and it is quiet enough for one to read a book as well. A nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Tables are dotted around the fair trade shop in different little areas, along with a row of 2-tops along a balcony. The vibe is shoes off & comfortable; it’s a great place to chill away from the noise of Varanasi and enjoy a really nice breakfast. Also a good spot to set up with a laptop and work. Coffee is the BEST I had in Varanasi, no competition, and top 3 so far for the last 6 months in India.

A nice and peaceful coffee place within a kind of gift shop.Very friendly staff and very tasty food at reasonable cost. We also liked the smoothies/juices/mocktails.We were here 2 days in a row, because it was such a solemn place.Why not 5 stars? While others liked an especially mentioned the music, THAT is the one thing I really dont like: kinda meditative music, but far too loud and it sounds all the same and seems to be running in an endless loop, repeating itself every 30sec. I wont come here again.

Amazing place for food, shop and relax. I have been here many times, this one is located near Assi ghat ,ambience of this cafe is cool, food is amazing specially light meal. Shopping if hand made articles, apparels can be done here but they are on costly side.For the visitors balcony is also available for relaxing. Over all a 4 star rating for this one.

Quite a nice place to relax and eat. They dont have card payment and wifi is not good , they dont provide student discount but the food was pancake and coffee were delicious. Balcony view was good.

Its a unique idea for a combined shop and cafe, their selection of food and things on sale is quite nice. The best part is that its a home and each room has its own items for sale.Good staff is a challenge for any restaurant these days. Hope they can find good ones and retain them.

Such a wonderful little cafe and gift shop! They have breakfast and lunch and a great selection of desserts. I recommend the muesli for breakfast. The gift shop is throughout the cafe and its all handmade items by women with disorders and the money goes to help them. Its a great cause and a very comfortable and clean atmosphere.

Varanasi and this cafe I love it

It is a house converted to cafe cum restaurant. The ambience is homely with lot of handcrafted apparels hung on the walls giving it a retro look. A decent place to spend your evening over a cup of coffee

An oasis of relaxed atmosphere, great coffee and fair trade goods in the busy city.

Over the years, Ive visited this cafe 3-4 times. The last two times stuck out somewhat as being a bit of a waste of time. (my 3 star rating takes into account my first two visits - where I actually got a seat AND served too - lucky me).One of the problems is the location - Assi ghat, convenient for people staying in this area but its a long way to walk if you are staying anywhere else (ie near the main ghat or heaven forbid, the Cantonment area - a ride away).Another downer is that it tends to be frequented by lazy back packers who lounge around the inside, not drinking much coffee, not eating much food, but take up the much needed space for anyone who actually wants to sit and eat or drink.The outside terrace is pretty awful, simply because theres no room to move, seats especially uncomfortable.Theres one consolation to all this. If you do get a seat and then get fed up waiting to be served... theres another cafe over the road run by a guy who used to work here.PS. The coffee & milkshakes are actually nice here and you can browse their textiles and stuff which they have for sale (proceeds go to charities).Maybe Ill try the branch they have in Delhi next time, but Im not wasting my time going back to this branch.

Located near Assi ghat , great place to relax, chat and have refreshment, popular with tourists and students. Nice coffee and amazing apple cinnamon cake. Staff was cordial and helpful. You can also shop for handicraft products like bags, scarves, skirts, stuffed toys, jewellery , cards etc. However the place is difficult to find and entrance is congested.
