Hi friends I am travel agent from Shimla .If u dont want to spoil your trip do not go with this hotel. The food , ambience and staff is not so good .they dont have a manner how to talk with clients,also food quality is very low just like a dhaba.even they do not have suffient staff to hold this property . when I saw room washroom.it smell like a public toilet.BEware of sidhant one of this major thug of this property.also they do not have a parking space .Again I am telling u if u go with this property.you will defintly spoil your trip 1000% ....

Hi friends ,I am travel agent from Shimla .I am writing this review for clients if u dont want to spoil your stay dont go with this hotel because before lockdown I had a group of 50 people and by mistakely I was giving the group of this wrost hotel .they do not have a enough staff to run this property abs food quality is very bad,when I was enter in a room nd go for was room it smell like a public toilet, and in the second day they do not prepare breakast for my group also they fought with my client and slapped to one of my group member ..BEWRE of one the mastermind sidhant and look like a bikharnd kute rkh leq mre 5000 bhikh ke ta ur PR

Rooms were fine from space point of view.. View was good from balcony.. however, location was bit seclued ... Roads were damaged and bit narrow... You need to travel at least 2km from hotel if want to have anything at good restaurant... Staff was good, would arrange anything thing if you will request... Food provided by hotel was not at all good... Even after complaining there was not major improvement.. would recommend people to not order food .. things are overpriced and everything is tasteless.. please check the date of kit they will provide ... later on found that all were outdated... Have given 3 rating for view and staff ...

The person VIKAS is very rude dont have any manners to talk the customers.There is no staff in reception point in case of any emergency there would be no one to help you out..In hotel no hot water facility,no heater even there is no water for drinking and worst food quality....

This is hotel is the worst one in whole manali .Staff are terrible....front desk guy vikas is very unprofessional, and manager of this hotel mr. Siddhant is useless person he is good for nothing.The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty it was like a dust central, romm sofas are very dirty including a centrr table also dust had settled everywhere. Hot water facility is not available. They have 3 staff who also do cooking, do housekeeping work and also do room service.Could not stay a single night,it is a mess in the middle of a messy location. guys dont book this hotel at all.

I have never ever seen this kind of worst property anywhere. I have stayed in 500 per night room to 10000 per night room but have never experienced such worst hotel in my life. Hotel Kings Cloud is just 2 years old you cant see anything new or fresh over there. Bed sheets, pillow covers, sofas everything was dirty, unwashed, with stains and smelly as well. Hotel staff is also completely non cooperative. We fought for replacement of these things and finally decided to change the hotel as they didnt bother to provide fresh bed sheets and pillow covers. When they get to know that we are about to leave the hotel, they didnt helped us to carry our bags to ground from from third floor. We ourselves carry all bags and loaded into the car. Plz avoid visiting this hotel, better to take any home stay instead of this.

I visted back to India after 3 years living in Europe. Planned with my family to visit Manali for vaccation. Kingscloud Hotel provide us good hospitality and serve us their best. Nice location and people are super friendly at this place. Highly recommended. I gave them 5 star for their service and kindness. I hope I will visit Manali again and will definitely book my room to Kingscloud Hotel.

It is good Hotel..But not 3 star...Rooms are clean and big..Excellent view from BalconyStaff is polite.Food quality is average need to improve drastically..There is no any options for Breakfast or dinner which available in budget hotel also..Like in dinner only one veg subji roti, Dal and jeera Rice.in breakfast upama,poha or aloo paratha single item..

Hotel is nice only the location which deep inside the narrow roads.I dont know about other hotels but its 3 star hotel, and i dont know how and who has given them rating on which basis.Food is ok ok.As per service and staff its quite good.Cant compare with other hotels as i had first time experience in this area.

Good hospitality, and tasty food

I stayed for 2 days. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. The staff and the services are very good. The important thing is the owner is very friendly and always there to look after his guests. The food quality is also very good. You can always get some authentic Punjabi food as well as other foods. if the customer wants they can ask the chef to order food out of their menu as well which is very welcoming. The view from the room was breath taking. My family liked the place very much.

I came from Germany to delhi and went to manali for 4 days. I stayed in Kingscloud for 3 days and it was an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and food is also really good. I would recommend this hotel for the really good pricing and service.Sameer beniwal

At kingscloud rooms were delightful with super spacious bathroom with all the luxury class amenities there were 24 hour supply of hot water and plus the staffs were super friendly as well as attentive. Thumbs up for the food and it was delicious and was always served hot & well and all this at a good price . This hotel does not have services , no good and clean rooms, no staff, no good food.My experience during stay:1. Food was not tasty at all and not sufficient.... After food is over , we have to wait another 15-20 minutes and each and every food is cold even soup is cold.2. No daily cleaning of room, no changing of towel, no room service3. Even for drinking water we have to call to the receptionIn short, very bad experience, I strongly not recommend this hotel for stay. If you dont find any hotel in Manali , still better to stay on road or in car rather than this hotel.

I had stay here for two days and it was really a good experience for me. the staff are very coporative and friendly nature. and always look forword to give their best to their customer. very supportive😊😊

1) Rude behaviour with our driver on arrival2) Dirty Bedsheets, pillows3) Ceiling noise on 3rd floor rooms... may be terrace used by staff.4) below average food... had asked them to arrange a candle light dinner with honeymoon decoration but dirty bedsheets were decorated with flowers.5) transparent net curtains next to bed.

I was on tour with my family after a long time my daughter went sick due to the change in temperature . I was really disturbed & dont know how to deal with this situation in an unknown city but the hotel front desk as well as General Manager was really helpful . The general manager himself took us to the hospital & dealed the with situation. He talked to the doctor on our behalf .Amazing hospitality

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Manali Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Kingscloud has an amazing view to Humta and adjoining to Apple Orchard it makes a visual treat. The Resort has some breathtaking views from its spacious rooms.

The rooms are good, but no lift facility and is away from the main town ...so anything u gotta shop need to walk back or drive long..staff are not available 24*7 ....no exhaust in washrooms a minimum thing to be considered.food tastes good

Ridiculous experience in this hotel. Even i dont want to rate this hotel for 1 star. I have never seen such bad hospitality and rude behaviour by hotel management. Which hotel plays some cheap ridiculous songs throught the day. I must say this is the worst hotel i have ever been to and dont know why this hotel has been granted permission for this service. Strict action is needful. No housekeeping, no other services and non acceptance by the management for their mistakes as well.
