Hotel location is very osm, staff and staff service is very good,food quality is really osm

Guys hotel location is awesome but staff is untrained, unprofessional, uncleaned. Infrastructure is not so good. I had worst experience with this hotel and staff. Breakfast and dinner food quality is third class. We get 100times better food in any third class oyo hotel. Its my humble suggestion to you please dont waste your time and money to go there. Dont let destroy your enjoyable moment to hotel staff.

Had a wonderful stay here with me and my family in October 2020. The hotel was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The food was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. Balconys are perfect for viewing the sunrise/sunset and hotel is close to the town.Thanks Pluto Tours

My Experience at this Residency is awesome. I was overwhelmed by the scenic beauty from the balcony of room. The atmosphere was homely and the food was so nice that I felt I was eating at home. The hospitality I received was very cordial. One can have a homely feeling during holidays. I think it is the best place to stay at Manali.

Nice large rooms, friendly staff, food is nice too. Difficult to find hotel with difficult parking, no lift in hotel so need to carry bags up stairs. We had a really nice stay at the hotel!

This was our first visit to manali ,the landscape, snow filled mountains and natural beauty of Manali has mesmerised us completely and staying in Jamla Residency makes it even more memorable with its beautifully designed spacious wooden interior rooms having huge windows to give you full view of mountains , Good parking space ,location-wise just on the banks of river Beas River and about 2 .5 KM from Mall road ,approaching road is little bumpy ,not yet constructed due to various other hotel construction activities but will be build very soon as assured by the hotel authorities.Quality of food excellent breakfast & dinner ,just like home made food, staff behaviour very well mannered and warm.Really worth staying ...

Hotel as per the room service sux, however the hotel interior and food is awesome. Found it haunted at night time after 12 pm, parnomal acivities can be caught l like tv turning on and off, wall painting of a girl falling down randomly door slam continusly and tabel lamp turning on and off, while sleeping you feel like someone is jumping on bed . Wierd experience, but hotel location is really beautiful. No room service for breakfast and dinner.
