We booked 3 Royal Suite rooms at Hotel Anupam. Very spacious rooms with awesome view. Location of the hotel is also very good. Its just a 5 minute walk away from Mall Road and Hidimba temple is just 2 km. away from hotel.Hotel staff is very good. We liked their hospitality and their food taste is amazing and like homemade. Will recommend this hotel to everyone due to their reasonable price and services.

Very good location. Near to Mall road. Very cooperative staff. The owners are very friendly and assist you with cab bookings for local sight seeing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The room booked by us had a balcony and fabulous view of the snow clad mountains. A sight to see as soon as you wake up in the morning. Thanks a lot for the memorable stay. Five stars.

The hotel is an average hotel, but good in budget hotel range. The plus point of this hotel is nearness to Mall Road, which is only 5 min walking distance. A big beautiful park with long pine trees is at just 2 min walking distance. The food quality is average. If possible it is better to explore restaurants on mall road. Staff is ok and cooperative. Hotel should give some emphasis on cleanliness and food quality.

For those of you who are looking for low budget yet great stay type of hotels, Hotel Anupam is really a good option. The good points about the hotel are as follows: 1) Very close to the mall road (5-10 min walking) and Hadimba Mata Temple (20-25 min walking). 2) Extremely friendly receptionist - Mr. Chauhan, the hotels receptionist is very friendly, always presenting himself with a smile. He coordinated with us all the way till we reached the hotel safely in Manali. 3) Amenities - The rooms include a water heater and a thick blanket for warmth and also fresh towels.Lastly, those of you visiting Manali with family or friends for short or long trip, this is a real good place to stay.

This is certainly the worst experience i have ever had with the hotel service. From dirty bedsheets to rude behavior of the staff my stay in this hotel was nothing less than the nightmare. I would like to share one incident with you which is regarding the bizzare hotel policy that you cant go outside after 12 am midnight. When me and my friends argued about this the hotel staff literally abused and threatened us with the iron rod. This is the most shocking thing i have ever experienced in the hospitality sector. After a bit of inquiry we came to know that these 3rd class hotels have a union and they regularly threaten their guests if they complain about their bad service. We didnt call the police as we didnt want our holiday to get ruined because of these totally ill-mannered staff. The hotel is not safe for visitors especially family and ladies. I urge you to thoroughly cross check if you are booking this hotel. Its better if you book some good reputed and professional hotels in manali. I advise you not to go with this hotel.

Very old hotel, All furniture, geyser, electric wiring are out dated.You will have to wait 1 hour for water heating in geyser. Power supply goes very frequently, 1 hour heating time may be 2 hours.Power can go any time, I had waited 35 minutes to back the power supply and planned solang valley schedule was delayed.I had stayed three night here, but they didnt changed the towels, bedsheets.Almirah is bad enough to hate the hotel, its too dirty.My son was not using the bathroom to see the dirty floors. It was very difficult to manage.Behavior of staff was good and they are doing good with current available amenities.Kitchen service was good, but plates was also broken :)They are claiming that renovation was done, but it was only for one floor and basic changes was done in those rooms.Deluxe room was better than super deluxe room.Only positive thing is its near by Mall road.Bad washroom, outdated geyser and bad wardrobe.

We booked deluxe room but they provide us a very little standard room. no space in the room at all. even bathroom was very small. A big window present in the room but again disappointment because no view. you can see the aside hotel from the window. location is not so good 10-12 munites walking distance from mall road. dont expect the road like city. its a hilly road so narrow and lot of traffic all the time. over all not so recommended.

Not worth to stay...poor parking place, dirty rooms, bad experience.

Reasonably priced.But a few issues here and there.The electric ports were not working,out of two luckily one worked.The bedding were worn out and seemed like they hadnt been changed in a while.The phone didn’t work.The geyser in our room almost caught fire which was a big red flag.It is located near the Mall, so that’s the only pro. It’s at a 10 minute walk from the main market.

Loved the stay. The hotel is at a walking distance from the mall road. The rooms are spacious and clean with wooden flooring. Most windows open in the east so you can get direct sunlight in the morning. Also you get stunning view of the mountains. Every bathroom has its own geyser so you get hot water whenever you want. The hotel also has its own kitchen. The manager, Mr. Chauhan , is really helpful. He provided me with extra blankets.

Hotel is very close to Mall Road, have great view from room( Im telling about Royal Suite).Staffs are well trained and courteous. All can tell English so its a foreigner friendly hotel definitely. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned have all basic amenities. Front desk people, manager( Mr. Shidhart) was very friendly, helpfull and informative.Restaurant food was not very good all the day. Some day they served really delicious food but one day they served worse one. Overall its a very good budget hotel near Mall Road.

VERY good hotel and good room at walking distance from mall road just 5 min.Also very near from hidimba devi temple just 5-8 min walking distance. Very co- operative staff specially asst manager Mr. D.R. Shandil.they upgraded our room from deluxe to superdeluxe room with out any extra. they have restaurent, serves good to average food, but be careful about bill, restaurent dept. tend to add additional item to bill, but when we reported to the billing desk, he substracted the extra amount and solved the matter, the same was happening to me as well as I saw it for some fellow travellers. THEY TOOK CARE OF OUR LUGGAGE FOR THREE HOURS AFTER CHECKING OUT, WE ARE THANKFUL FOR THAT. we would like to visit hotel ANUPAM again.

Not up to the mark. Rooms were not being serviced dFor even once during our stay for 3 days there. Lights of the bathroom was not there. Again the tv was not working. Lastly the blankets and the bed sheets were dirty. Charger points also were faulty and loose.

Worst hotel Id ever visited in my life. Bad service as well as rude behaviour of staff.They have policies which even you dont follow at home,like dont go outside after 12 AM. They have to sleep at that time.They have benefits as a local people and always ready to fight with the customer, keeping rods & sticks at their reception and even use abusive language.They dont know that they are working in hospitality sector.I request everyone not to go there and dont even think of booking such type of hotels.Go with professional hotels

Some 700 mtrs from transport bus stand and mall road , around 2 km from private or hrtc volvo bus stand, nice clean rooms , but the hotel is slightly off road so u may not easily find it without a landmark ,food was ok as well.rooms r a bit pricey around 1000 , u could easily find better hotels/rooms for less price.

Last month june 2018 i visited this hotel with my friends. my experience with this hotel was too bad, rooms were not cleaned properly. ( in our room bed sheet was not clean vomit stains and smelly ) . food quality was not adequate . hotel staff members ( chauhan and night shift guard was used abusive language and their behaviour with girls was not good.

Worst, dirty..v were checking in n going upstairs to our room n we saw towels put for drying on the ladder handles..n they were dirty n from the same, the room boy provided us the towels for use..better to go out for eating..v had food for 3 times a day outside during our stay..couldnt drink even tea..only one sip n it was awful...v ordered omlette for our kid n d plate was dirty..the drinking water provided was dirty..the next we informed abt water n they provided new jug of water, it was also dirty..worst experience...hotel manager also a third class person..v complained of our room being dirty n small in size, so he told that he will upgrade us when the other room guest will vacate..wen we were just readying our bags to shift to other room n went to see the other room, it wasnt cleaned after the guest had left n v called him for cleaning, he said there was no one for cleaning at night, he will mk it do the other day... which meant to use other people used room n bathroom...I literally shouted at the man- wat he thought of himself..

Hotel offers sightseeing at best rate for rothang pass on sharing basis.. I stayed there for 2days 1st week of June 2016. you can bargain and get cheap rates for local sight seeing. Complement Food was good. very near to Mall Rd..

Stay at this hotel was worst. We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and our 2 days gone worst at this hotel. Hotel manager said that there is no water supply due to some landslide happens and government is working on it. we said in this case you should arrange for water from outside as we arrange in our cities like water tank. Hotel manager didnt listen to anything and we were also managing.but they had crossed the limit when water supply resume , they confirmed also that water now is there in tank and it will be supplied but when in morning we got up for going out, there was no water. we went down to ask for water ,they were not ready to give water n were telling lie that there is no water.. when we insisted alot then only they started water supply to our room.Hotel manager and other people are worst, not at all good. Our Manali stay and tour gone worst because of this hotel. When we asked for the contact no. of the hotel owner, they didnt provide at all.everyone plans holidays by taking leaves n spending lot of money but this type of hotel ruins everything..

Booked the hotel at a very cheap rate. It is close to the main mall of Manali. A mere walk of 5-10 mins. One can also avail autos from mall if you have difficulty in walking. Cars can reach the hotel which is an advantage. Food was ok. Value for money.

Because of the heavy snowfall it was very cold in Manali during my stay. But the hotel room did not have any room heater and we asked for it we were told to pay 300 INR for every night. Most of the time the room was dark as electricity connection went off after every 2-3 hours. There was no food/drink available inside the hotel and we were told that the cook had gone on vacation. Even we were not served warm water to drink.The drinking water we bought from outside was too chilled to drink. There is tv in the room, but the cable connection was down. So we preferred to stay outside until we had dinner. I dont recommend anyone to stay.

This is a budget hotel. Value for money for which i got the deal but not worth as per the real rates. May be it is eeason and prime hill station. A fine budget hotel.

In the price range given by ibibo its the best hotel ,I got deluxe room with breakfast for two days in 3700 minus 1500 discount from goibibo..for me its best they can give during peak season in manali...

The hotel stay was good but the way of receptionist(sidharth) spoke was very rude.I asked them to provide hangers to hang clothes in cupboard, the receptionist sidharth replied me that i should not expect those type of services in a budget hotel like anupam.The geaser socket was hanging out of the wall.The iron mesh provided between my neighbour bathroom and mine was damaged.They dont have minimum common sense that they have to check the room before allotting it to anyone.Even the service boy way of talk was more better than the receptionist.Dont book this hotel.
