A holy place for hindus - Durga Mata Temple is always filled with devotees and tourists from all over the world. The temple offers exceptional architecture and wood work inside the temple. It is situated very close to the Manali Bus Stand on the Manali Mall road. I would recommend that you take part in the evening aarti which takes place everyday at 6 pm.

Located on a crowded street, yet attracts devotees and people who are interested by its wood work / architecture.The mall road is basically a combination between the old and the new, traditional and modern, conventional and technology.A drawback for any place in Manali is the traffic, fine for a single four wheeler but once another four wheeler approaches from the opposite direction, things start to get difficult for everyone. But no vehicles are allowed inside the mall road shopping center, so its better this way.

This is the beautiful durga mata temple in the mid of mall road and it captures huge Tourist attraction as well. The craft work is so appreciable and there is bus stand just near to it and huge shops and restaurants all around. This place looks more Beautiful in night when it goes crowded with people and lights.
