Me and my boyfriend stayed in this lovely place we called home for a month. We had a wonderful time - looking out from our balcony to the incredible views of Manali, meeting great people, sharing stories and looking out at the stars. The host, Rahul was super friendly and welcoming and gave us tips on where to visit and got us to have our first adventure on the motorcycle! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. We loved our time here and cant wait to visit again.

Rahul was a lovely host and always kept us engaged with his stories, Tara didi cooked delicious food for us as per our requirements. Our purpose was to work from hills and the internet connectivity is excellent by Jio and Airtel. The views from cafe are beyond words and we spent majority of our time at the cafe. The place is settled in Old Manali with all daily needs, cafe and lovely local people around you. If youre looking for long stays or to just spend quality time in hills, Timberwolves is the place.

This travelers lodge is located near Manu Temple in Old Manali. Believe me this place has the best view even when we compare it with other expensive and luxurious hotels in Manali. The food at the cafe is also great! The owner Rahul is very friendly and helpful. You can consider this place if you are considering to work from hills as the WiFi provided is also very fast and sufficient.

Timberwolves is just love. A home away from home for my 2-3 weeks stay. Cozy and convenient and with absolutely stunning views of the mountains around. Located at a far end of Old Manali, it gives a very local and authentic vibe and also is conveniently located near shops and cafes. Rahul was an awesome host, who not only facilitated my stay, but also diligently took care of all hiccups whatsoever. I really appreciate Tara didi and her helping hand whenever needed, and our little gossip time. Last but not least, Bunny was a friend indeed. This was the best stay of my whole trip. A stay in timberwolves offers you breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains, forest area and valley. The hotel is located in old manali away from the hustle-bustle of the mall road. The rooms are comfortable. Food is great and hospitality is awesome. Rahul is a great host and really helpful. I will be staying here again in future and definately recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing view, calm & serene place to spend good part of your Himalayan holidays

Best budget stay with the best view in Old Manali. It is one of the most serene property on the edge of the hill overlooking Vashist and Jogini falls on the other side.The food option is wonderful. The host is super friendly, hospitable and a considerate person. He did not allow noisy guests in the property.I stayed there for a month and met some of the most amazing people and had a great time.

If you are a peace lover, you will love this place. View is the thing that i loved about this place, as you can see entire Manali from this hotel balcony.

We stayed here for about 10 days. Its the best place to stay in Manali. Its peaceful, quite, and has an extremely beautiful view from the balcony. You can literally see mountain ranges from like kilometres away. Staying here felt really good. I would recommend everyone who wants to spend some time with nature and at a peaceful place with such a beautiful views, stay here. Rahul Bhaiya, the host, he was so good and friendly. Probably the worst hotel you can find in Manali. Very poor service. We got used blankets. They didnt provide room heater just because in their opinion we reached late. They couldnt even provide proper plates to eat food. Very disappointed. The one star i am giving is only for the view.

Superb..! The owner Rahul is a very helpful person. He is like a friendly guardian Angel. From tips to trek routes to helping out with local contacts Rahul made sure my stay was taken care of in every aspect. The location is fabulous. Right in the middle of action yet peaceful and serene. I would come back to this place time and again. Its perfect of your working from the mountains.. or just spending time with yourself or your loved one..The rooms are simple and clean. The geyser works really well and fast. The bedsheets were clean and to were the towels.5stars from me.

Located in the heart of Old Manali (best location), Timberwolves was a home away-from-home for me. It offers the most astounding scenic views, from the window of your room. Yeah, you read that right. Savour the breathtaking humongous-ness of the mountains for hours, right from your couch.If you feel that’s not enough (I don’t believe you) Timberwolves offers every modern facility (WiFi, geyser, laundry, etc) along with quick assistance. The staff is extremely friendly & the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this). I had multiple great evenings & early mornings there, which obviously also added up to the experience. But honestly, those facilities are nothing compared to the love, warmth, social-events & late night gup-shups you get at Timberwolves. Trust me, you’ll make tons of new friends here.Wanna go for a bike ride in the rugged terrains? Mention not, just contact the host (Rahul Bhaiya) and he’ll provide you with the best bikes on rent. Just don’t ask him for his personal bike, the Classic Royal (I bet you’ll be tempted to).Considering the amazing time I had at Timberwolves this year, looking forward to another stay at Timberwolves next year. Timberwolves Manali is a place filled with postive vibes. I went there to relax and also met some like minded fellow travellers including Rahul ( the owner) who has some amazing travelling to stories to share. He can also suggest you some amazing recommendations around Manali.The roof top cafe is a perfect place to enjoy your coffee or tea and all that you do is listen to music gaze at the mountains and feel relaxed.The rooms are clean and hygeinc and comfortable beds. The early morning sun rise view is amazing between two mountains. I explored the entire area but somehow the view from Timberwolves was the best from all corners.The staff at Timber wolves are warm and freindly and also customised some of my food as per my taste which I really appreciate. I am eager to visit Timberwolves again next time and this time around I plan to stay for a longer time.

No food & room for driver they charged have amount from driver for food 200 Rupees per Parson Breakfast 300 Rupees per Parsons Lunch 300 to 400 per Person Dinner. So please take care of the Driver.

It was an awesome experience. The food was fantastic and the owner kindly arranged for some beverages. We were also allowed to play music through bluetooth speaker pre-installed. There was a place to set stand lie down and cover yourself with the blanket. The place was ecstatic and the view was breathtaking. The food was very nice. All of it give us a whole new experience of outing. The wash room was clean. The area was clean and neat. You will only need to work past Manu temple and then ask for timberwolves.

This nice place is near Manu Temple and comes woth great view of mountains with no distraction at all. Owner Mr. Rahul is great host and always listed to the people. One day he hot me water even when it was raining without any hesitation. I reached here around 11:30 am and got the room immediatey along with the neccessary things. Mr. Rahul helped me with the places to visit. He aslo follows up with people if they need somthing and need help.People staying here are also great and some of them are staying here for over a month. They have a cafe at the terrace where you can meet and greet people travelling. Cafe was the savioir when i was hungry and it was raining heavily.Food there is good and not very expensive either. Chicken curry is recommneded. I will definitely come again and stay here. Able to go out of my comfort zone and meet new people. Share life experieneces and learn from each other.

Amazing stay at the property. One can enjoy fresh air and beautiful view from the room itself. The property is located in the rustic locales of old Manali which is a perfect combination of modern times and the bygone era. Unlike hotels in Mall road, here you will not be bothered by chaos and too much crowd. Though the way to the lodge is a trek in itself and requires long strenuous uphill climbing, you will not regret the reward at the end i.e. the wonderful stay. One can enjoy delicious snacks and food available at the in-house roof top cafe, although it is a bit costly. You can get much cheaper food options within walking distance. The owner of the property, Rahul is friendly and cooperative. Looking forward to a longer stay at property in the future.

It was an amazing experience. the lodge is approximately 3-4 kms from mall road and 50 metres from Manu Temple. you can get an auto or taxi from the mall road but in case there is a jam, you may have to walk to the lodge which will take around 40-60 minutes. the restaurant is amazing and the sitting area is relaxing. the owner is also cooperative.

Being a traveller & the regular visitor of #Timberwolves I always can recommend the place since staffs are extremely cordial & well behaved. The rooms are really clean including bathrooms. Well maintained in totality. The services are very prompt & 24 hrs. The rooftop cafe is awesome. May be one of the best properties in Old Manali. If you want to experience the unforgettable combination of modern -day comfort in the lap of nature & in peaceful Himalayas then this is the place where you need to be at least once. Please ignore those negative comments who might have some personal problem with the property. One should visit the property & experience ambience etc in totality. My stay in Timberwolves was just excellent. Rahul, the owner of the guest house takes no time to make you understand you are one his family member. Its just a home away from home. If you plan to visit Manali to enjoy the views of snow covered mountains and green vallies, it is the perfect choice. Both you can view from the window of your room. I cannot imagine how beautiful it would look in winter. It has a beautiful cafeteria on roof top with beautiful view of green valley and snow covered mountains. They prepare excellent Indian cuisine. Dipen and Pranit of The Big Sky Cafe always greet you with smiling face and serve you very courteously. Overall its excellent. I recommend this place for a perfect holiday.

Close to Manu temple, this cosy little place is a home away from home. It is far from the hustle bustle of new Manali. A quiet, serene place with an outstanding view. Food cooked by locals, chicken to die for! Rahul ( who takes care of the place) is very helpful and extremely polite. I cant wait to go back :)

Very bad service... No water... No electricity... When there was no electricity, I asked for matchbox they said me to purchase & come back...Please avoid the stay here....They’re running this stay to eat our money...Avoid this stay....There’s a lady staff Thara, who doesn’t provide any service on time...They spoiled all our plans & trips....

This place is a must stay when you visit manali. Situated in Old Manali, it gives you a view unmatched my any other homestay, hotel here. Rooms are big with attached bathroom and you can ask for any sort of help. If you need guidance , Rahul is always available. I have never seen any host as hospitable as him. He was a major part in making this trip worthwhile. If you plan to visit Manali, stay here and make your stay the most memorable one.

Hello, I was on vacation and wanted to stay in an affordable home stay with good view, food and cafe with zero distraction,traffic and pollution. Finally, I landed into timberwolves where I got all these things including the view of snow clad mountains and got a chance to see live performances from extremely talented singers in their cafe. Rooms were clean,owners and staff was good, food was excellent. Will plan a family trip soon!!

Giving 2 stars due to its very poor location.1. Not recommended to book this if you Property is Ok going with family since no auto/4 seater/ 7 seater taxi will be ready to take you here.If you are a bachelor please go ahead as you can walk 600m of course given that you have very less luggage.2. MUST -- double check amenities and services with property owner over phone and NOT on the basis of what is listed else you might regret in future.3. People of this area (not sure about others) are VERY rude specially in area near manu temple probably due to fact that they have to face daily traffic which usually at manu temple.They could scream at you , scold you , will talk in terrible tone !Beware of those kind of people these are mostly taxi owners of local area.

The place is more than a Km above Old Manali market almost 500m from Manu temple. You can avoid this if you are not a good walker. Rooms are nice at affordable price. View is good and breakfast is really good. Try omlets.

View is awesome. Need to trek a bit to reach hotel. Rooms are small and dead. Restaurant waiter pathetic. If you ask something, there will be a taunt coming your way. Restaurant charge money but make you feel they are serving free.

Before the stay begins, i am already disappointed with their attitude and behaviour.The location isnt properly marked. Nowhere are the directions givenThe hotel number went unattended several timesAfter long when someone picked up, he went on coaxing us to walk a bit to reach the hotel, which actually is a long walk from the main road unless u have ur own bike.Its in the farthest corner and run by rude staff who wudnt even offer to send someone to pick the bags despite the long walk.Bathrooms are unclean and the room is barely okay for the price.All the best to other who book this place**

The stay at the hotel was good but there were certain issues like as we reached earlier there no one was available their to open the door and pick up the call.The location of the hotel was not easily accessible but it provided us the best view of the city.Also there was no choice in the meals.
