Workers need blowers,rakes and traffic controllers to perform such duties !!! Materials should have been staged and weighed down.

IMC construction built Arlo Apartment homes in Malvern. Brand new buildings and we have problems that belong to old buildings. Plumbing issues on the 4th floor, which leaked to our first floor apartment. 4th floor tenants also have lots of issues with water leaks. Multiple neighbors have had water issues. One apartment didn’t have the right weather stripping on the patio door and when it rained, water came in. Our neighbor’s water heater leaked and flooded their apartment and ours.Thank you IMC, for building a brand new 20 year old building.
