I stayed at Anant Residency for a few days and I had an amazing experience. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They took a lot of efforts to make sure we were comfortable. The food was extremely yummy too! It is very clean and also has a pleasant ambiance surrounded by nature. Definitely would recommend!

A great place! I was here for some work and was accompanied by my father and grandfather. We stayed at Anant Residency and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are hygienic, the hosts are extremely kind and the food is delicious. My grandfather was very comfortable here and that made me happy. It is also walking distance from the beach. Would definitely visit again :)

It was a short notice booking and most of the resorts/hotels were booked or over-priced. We hesitantly booked this one and we didnt regret a bit...Specially the hospitality and the veg food arrangements were awesome. Dont expect it to be a resort as it has just 4 rooms, so if you are booking them for a small group.. entire property will be for you specially :)Also, the Dandi beach is at walking distance where you have all sports activities done..

Visiting Malvan ? I say then you must stay at Anant Residency. Located just 5 mins away from Malvan beach the Home Stay has easy reach to all beaches and tourist spots.Tushar, the owner is an extremely helpful and modest host and he will definitely make you feel at home. He is very responsible that he even called me on the day of check-in if any lunch arrangements should be made. Very welcoming and nice host.Before booking this place, the first review I read was praising the food. I must say the food served here by the owners mother and sister is like poetry. The medley of Malvan spices and kokum is extremely tasty and gives you instant gratification. The food is extremely homely and infused with (Tushars) mothers love. Myself being from Kerala, I felt the food to be very homely and tasty. So if you come to Malvan make sure you try their food.The homestay is very neat, well maintained and has good parking space as well. Very highly recommended place in Malvan.

This place is really good for the price, we looked at few places around and so we know. Tusharbhai, the owner of the place is very polite and helpful he even personally came with us to shop for traditional masala. The service is quick we even got an extra bed for no extra. charge. The room is neat and tidy and has good facilities ( Tv, hot water) The food here is absolutely amazing, Maussis food is like homemade maa k haath ka khana and is an absolute must have. Even the tea was very good. The overall decor of the place is natural and earthy so you must stay here for some quaint and tranquilityCant wait to go visit soon. Even if u cant stay here, you must go and try the food.I can only give 5 stars but if I could, I would definitely give 100 star rating 🤩
