One of my friend lost room key during our last week stay, staff ddidnt have spare key & they were asking us to take another room & pay for that too. Manager was also not supportive. Our experience as customer was bad.

Nice hotel nice cleaning

Excellent and peaceful Rooms and reasonable rate. Both Veg and Non-veg Food is tasty. 2 mins walk from Sea. I will strongly recommend.

Good clean rooms. Very good location besides a Chivla Beach. Limited variety but freshly made food.

We had booked the rooms through OYO. After reaching the hotel, they refused to give us rooms and told us tht they do not accept the bookings under OYO. No prior intimation whatsoever. Two more groups also had the same issue. Since we had not paid for the rooms in advance, we stayed there. Rooms are decent. However there no no food service and also the attitude of the staff was ok. The great advantage of this place is that it is located on the Chivla Beach.

I had booked the hotel for 3 nights through OYO but hotel owners refused saying we do not have confirmation and no tie up with OYO.Then why boards are still there was asked by us but they had no answer...it was bad experience as other customer too had same experience with hotel Mango

Clean place to stay, food options in very limited time frame, cook not available after 5pm evening. Co operative staff ( Jadhav). Overall good experience.
