A pathetic service experience of after sales service. The dealer is more interested in selling new products instead of providing service to the sold products. In spite being an old customer we have been told that the a certain TV set cannot be repaired and you can buy a new one. The same TV set got repaired by someone else spending just Rs 850/- Totally disappointed with this approach after being an old customer
