The place has good collection of clothes but the customer experience is appalling. The employees are happy to group together and have a jolly good chat rather than help customers. I visited this place during the first week of its opening, and I found the ambience to be pleasant, one cannot expect any branded clothes here but just those which can be used on a daily basis. All the brands available here are solely owned by Reliance. And this being the first outlet of any major franchise in Malur, is something good.

I have take Rs.6000 material in that offer is mentioned there one get one free for Fist class brand,But some products means 12 numbers kurtha I have taken in that some products priced Rs.399.It means one get one free, so have to charge 6x399=2394. But bill generated with discount of 144for 4 set ( 8 number kurthas) and for only 2 set (4 numbers) given discount 199.And I have taken 2 shirt for 799 for this they given discount of 254. they need to give 399.Totally they have charged me ecxtra 800 rupees.

Very less colection...looks like the restock will be done once in a month..I used to go to trends in Bangalore...but here the maintainence is very bad...they dont even bother ch cling the stock for availability

Its a good spot to buy on festivals though some of the products cost is little high you should check and buy them. Honestly I had a good experience there I bought many dresses and they gave nice discounts too thumbs up 👍Probably the reviews are fake there are many choices to select
