**listen everyone doesnt waste your valuable money**my local operator told that 3-4 MB download speed will be available in a pack of 440 rupees.But after recharging the pack of 440 rupees, I see that my speed does not increase more than 1.5 MB. And when I tell my operator about the problem, he doesnt listen and dont sovled the problem till now..
