They are pretty slow and the receptionist just goes away somewhere most of the time....if u visit alone for the first time it gets confusing...

They charges really high. once my phone get locked by factory settings. i went to them, they said they have no solution for me, no store can fix my phone again, my mi note 4 now becomes a toy. They gave such excuses like, server problem, cant reach server for the phone etc etc. I confidently prefer mobile repairing shops. They can fix 90% problems surely with lower budget.. thanks me later. 😄

Facilities are good. Staffs are co-operative. Very good experience.

That place is good, but do not think so much expectations from them, somehow they were charged highly.

Poor behavior.. Staffs are too lazy and they dont know how to chat with customers. Apart from all of this they dont know the importance of the time of customers. All the customer have to wait for minimum 2 hours or more😡😡

This is near Malda College, Rathbari more is about 5 minutes walking distance from here. Service is reasonably slow. Environment and seating is nice and not limited. Waiting here is always panic as usual.

Useless workers are being kept so that service can be done improperly and cheaply. This is my worst experience ever. Token system is useless.I had to sit for 4 hrs and still they couldnt complete the work. Workers should have certain time to take their lunch because they are taking their lunch between their working period.No time is maintained.Some of the workers uselessly sits and gossips under AIR CONDITIONER. Did a great mistake after buying MI phone.And this service centre does not deserve a positive rating. Mr manager should appoint good workers instead of useless workers.I hope this will find me a positive sign.

This is not only MI Centre this is also Motorola Gionee Micromax and others mobile service centre. This is situated in Malda district near style Bazaar and fashion City. This is not a big Complex this is small and the workers are few. I had a good experience there. This is certified service centre of Motorola, Gionee, Micromax, Mi..You should go there if your phone have problem
