Very bad service 😥.. I think I have been cheated by them... Bought a Dell laptop before 5 months.. from the first day I started using it, it started hanging... When I took it to them, they said it is because of update problem... After couple of days, it started to hang again... Now it takes around 15 minutes to respond... They had claimed that it was i5, with 1TB, and 4GB RAM... But I think they gave me device of 4 MB RAM...Fully frustrated... Dissatisfied... I am going to seek legal actions against these frauds...😬😬🤬

I had an experience going there to service my purchased product but the front desk people are so boring that they dont even try to face the person. They just be using their phons all and all time. Thats their only job there. I got so embarrassed because I have never met such people.

I think this business firm is not caring about staffs especially in service staffs ,.May be my vision is wrong, otherwise it be right ....in my way of view there is no happiness in their face. My suggestion is never choose this shop. I have purchased a new HP laptop and its been 2 weeks . I put a DVD and its not working. I approached pentron they said its lens got damaged. My issue is they delivered a very new damaged laptop to me.They didnt even cross checked the laptop and its working status. Being a new customer they didnt even treated me well. So please guys u could choose some other store.

Sometimes the price of a product is constantly changing. I’ve been there for a lot of things. There is still going to be. I went to look for a CPU cabinet and its not the price I went to buy it. The price added a little there. The same goes for 1TB hdd and many different prices at different times. And, I have often felt that there are people with a never mind. Sales do not seem to be going well. Is it to make everyone look terribly busy or something .... my only opinion.

When I came to my inquired tab service ten days ago, I realized the delicacies for this shops custody. Good dealing when buying goods and bad service when going to service. I gave it here for an Hp laptop repair and the next day I called and they told me to change the laptop is icu compliant thaa they have not got its icu for 187 days now it is Hp authorized service center and yet they have not got so much time to get an icu then what the fuck Why did you open this shop ....
