Poor service and irresponsible staffs kindly go for other options

They cant fix even the easiest of mechanical problem of laptops .. Not putting enough effort to the satisfaction of customers.. Not friendly enough. Taking too much time to fix laptops while other service centres takes much less time.

From outside for a customer simply cant find shop from Tirur ,Thazeppalam junction, vehicle parking available. IInside mosque building..

Easy access and honest

Worst experience I had from a computer seller. I recently purchased HP Deskjet 2131 from them. At the time of purchase they told a guaranteed 400 pages per cartridge. But when I used it for printing school notes which doesnt contains any pictures/graphics and all in black and white, after taking around 60/70 pages, black cartridge got over. When I approached them, then they say you will get only 200 pages thats with 20% coverage. They are ready to take it back for 1000 Rs after 2 weeks of usage, and they advise me to approach HP for any complaints. (I paid 2900). Never trust this guys, they speak sweet when you come for purchase. They simply know the way to loot your money.

The biggest mistake in my life was expecting a professional service from Associated.They keep fresh out of the boat techies to serve you and their charges equal to a metro town service centre like Delhi or Mumbai.I serviced my laptop from them and found some screws,rubber pushes are missing and there is gap on the machine base as well. When I asked about this the techie said It can be done this much. So dont give your Macbook or any expensive stuff to them as they are good in sale and AMC not in servicing.The lesson I learned is try to give your gadgets to authorised service centres not these people. It may cost bit more bucks but you will be satisfied after that.
