Software working Good,some of my requests not possible to add on with software,if Im issuing a debit note and credit note (except sales & Purchase Return) it is not an easy task.When we add any option in our report, it is available only from the day onwards, previous data not getting in new. this kind of lots of things need to improve

Very bad service and very old version software. Customer care very poor. There is no professional maintenance service. The maintenance service with in 5 days should free of charge. But this people charging each and every incomplete service request.
