Makenyats Monastery, Makenotsats Monastery, a medieval Armenian Apostolic Monastic Complex on the edge of Makenis village in Gegharkunik region of Armenia. It dates back to the early Middle Ages, and was one of the prominent religious and educational centers of Armenia.

Makenyats Monastery was built in the 9th-13th centuries.

The monastery stands a fraction of the civilization, practically not restored, a very quiet and peaceful place.
