Dear investor friends in the Philippines, I would like to share an experience with you. Two friends of mine have had the sad and deceitful experience after purchasing Picar Development Inc’s AMA Tower in Madaluyong/Ortigas. At present, in addition to Ortigas’ AMA Tower construction project, there are also General Trias Cavite’s Ara Vista Subdivision and Stratford Residences in Makati, please be very careful. The following is the process my friend has gone through for your reference:Purchased AMA Tower in July 2018, and the turn over date is supposedly April 2019The groups AMA Bank collapsed in 2019The house has not yet been delivered in April 2019They received the mail in March 2020, asking us to pay the full payment, because the house will be handed over in June, but we still insist on paying in installments according to the content of the contractFull payment in June 2020, there is still no news of house deliveryIn September 2020, they hired a broker and lawyer to help them to terminate/withdraw the contract to purchase due to late turn over, and provide relevant documents according to the companys requirements.In January 2021, the company’s Makati office will negotiated with us and promised us to release the refund on April 7, 2021, and complete the refund in twelve months installments.In April 2021, due to the epidemic situation, the city was closed again. In May, the manager Trixie De Padua and the vice president William Dingle were asked again and the chairman did not sign and refused to return the money.It was be submitted to HLURB in August 2021. The conciliation meeting to HLURB is scheduled on September 13, but the company has not sent anyone to participate.The company maliciously delayed the delivery date, failed to refund the money according to national laws, and constantly looked for reasons for delay after agreeing to refund, ignoring part of the government’s warning. The above itinerary and meeting schedules are all available for inquiries, not fabricated out of thin air, if anyone here has been through this, or victims of purchasing from this company’s property, are welcome to give any advice on how to recover money from this bad company or you just share your story with us and let us help each other. I have been sending emails to different email addresses since MAY 2020 regarding my clients concerns and my commissions but there is only 1 person answering to those concerns but he is not the proper person to answer those. He will endorse that email of mine to different people already ,but again, until now I have no answers on when, how, where... .Whenever you call them which I have tried since June and July 2020 until today Sept 22, 2020, their line will just keep on ringing and will be cancelled. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT where you can ask your concerns as an agent/broker, client. The only definite answer I have received is whats the balance and amount due for my client which we HAVE ALREADY COMPLIED. Aside from that, they will give you an answer NO ADVICE SO FAR from those departments that we have been sending emails regarding my clients turnover and my commissions. If theres anyone who can see this message, and you are also experiencing this concerns, we can help each other to file a formal complaint to this company. What I dont understand is that they are saying, THEY are 1 of the leading real estate developer in the PHilippines with a VISION of greater things and yet, even an active number, customer email support who can address our concerns, they have NONE. I can inform you guys whos the only person responding because I have proofs.
