The experience i have toward internet or complaint services are trustable till now. you can go for it.

WORST SERVICE EVER!- No appropriate response to complaints- Extreme delay in services- Zero professionalism from the side of both customer support as well as logistics team- frequent drop in connection speed- Data plans cost way more than what is acceptable in India, especially considering the C-minus Class service of theirs.My advice: NEVER GO FOR GONETWAY. BSNL, AIRTEL OR EVEN JIO FIBER IS FAR SUPERIOR AND IN DESI TERMS PAISA WASOOL TOO.
