Saw these awesome big white fishes after a very long time which makes mind refreshed

This is a temple tank of Lord muruga of mailam.The water spread area is more than 3 hectares.This is used as bathing ghat by the pilgrims after their hair tonsure at the centre .Rock salt and rice frycalled pori is offered for the fishes thriving in the tank.I have also offered the above materials for the fishes. Lord Ganesha temple is situated nearby. But the actual murugan temple is situated on the hill nearby at a distance of half a kilometre.On the end of the tank is the road leading to the hillock. The annual festivals are famous here one in january and the other in March.Can take your kids also.Buses also available from Tindivanam bus station to this place called mailam.
