This is my native place and home. I am lucky to have birth in this house and my great village, Mahim. My father devoted his life for people and served people. He did all from this place. This place has many great memories.

LORD RAM MANDIR.

This is heritage temple of around 150 years old. For architecture students it is nice to study architecture of this temple

This temple is built in Shak 1763 in the Indian month of Vaishakh Shuddha Tritiya with the idols of Shriram, Laxman, Seeta, Hanuman, and Gajanan. Ramnavmi festival started to be celebrated from Shak 1764 Chaitra Shukla Pratipada. This temple is built with black stones of Sahyadri and even today it is intact as it was built. The place is sanctified with the birth of Bhubaneswar Maharaj who is the descendant of Keshavnath Swami Maharaj who took Live Samadhi over which Shri Gurudatta temple exists today. The place is approachable throughout the year from Palghar Western Railway Station as well as from Mumbai Ahmedabad National Highway. If you wish to experience Spirituality you must visit this temple at least once in your life time.There is a big Banyan tree near the temple where one can sit and meditate in the fresh air with maximum Oxygen day and night. I love this place the most and I do visit it once or twice in a month.

Beautiful place. My native place. Temple where Shri Keshav nath Kirtane took Sanjivan Samadhi in 1873. Ramnavmi and Datt Jayanti are celebrated here since then.
