Good maintainance... staff behaviour is good...

Mahboobnagar is changing.....once a shadow of Hyderabad, now boasts of all the modern amenities n shopping experiences of the Capital,,,...Rel Smart is one of the latest edition..,. Its spacious...big....almost all under 1 roof...n competitive pricing...all in all a good addition to the city...the staff are courteous n ready to help....highly recommend for shoppy.

Amazing experience at Reliance smart there are lot of products with good offers.but the area in mall is clumsy.Overall good experience

Need improvement at cashier counter as it is taking long time or make seperate counter for upto 3 or 5 items. Need price check option in the store at least 2 places.

Compare to the mahabubnagar market, some of the items cost was high, rather than that all are good

I get my grocery from here almost all the times.Great discounts and staff assistance.One stop for all home needs I must say.The clothing section has surprisingly good clothes on extreme discounts.Also the kitchenware section has some branded appliances on sale that are a must grab.The only con is that sometimes card payments are not acceptable due to server failures,so do carry cash just in case.Please make gpay also an option!

No systematic display, for every item we have to search spare some time,display of rates on items is not clear,it differs in billing, No section wise in charges,for our doubts none is present to clear,Sundays and holidays more people visit .To clear the demand of consumer more employees are posted.Single person not able to shopping. Arrange a self weighing machine to know their items weight. So that your employees easily do their job..S.Baswaraj.

Very badly arranged and badly maintained store. Stock not available, and stocks which were available and visible were not allowed to purchase, as they said the stock inward bill has not been accepted by the store yet.

Proper handling of public during these times. Good place for groceries. If availability of more types of groceries, it would be best.

Reasonable price, they did not provide spl card. Due to the card customer Gain some points . They will get some sort of benefit. If they provide B to B business, kiranam people will get some benefit...

Worst experience every time I visit. Bill counter wont work they make us to wait for long time and no proper approach with customers they treat harsh. Management has to teach them how to co-ordinate with customers.

Quality is good but not at all comparable to D-mart(where offers are very good).

I went to Reliance Mart from Jedcherla which is 17 kms to mahabub nagar Its is a Medium Size mall available with Groceries ,Accessories ,House hold items ,small items for footwear

Parking place is so little. Whenever try to park front idle place of your reliance mall, fruit vendors are objecting but your mall people become spectators in spite of complaining the matter. Even while entering mall to park vehicles left side is occupied by flower Mart bandi and fruit bandis are occupied from middle to right side front mall. Regarding other aspects it is OK

I can get everything from there and I also every item is arranged in systematic way.
