They provided good service for past one year..but suddenly after taking subscription for hosting our website on their server for the year 2021 they put our website down without informing us that there is an update frm ph5 to ph7.I really dont how can one provide such a pathetic service. One advice to new clients, If you have your own team working with you for maintaining your website and for SEO, better avoid using mindlogics service. They will do all sort thrid grade things to make money.They took 3000 for server space for one year, our validity is there upto August 2022, but now they didnt give or information about the server update and asking ₹5000 for bring up the website active again. How can a company be so irresponsible to client who paid them in advance for a year. All this problem is bcoz of one thing NO PRIOR INTIMATION REGARDING SERVER UPDATE to clients who host their website in mindlogics server. We lost 10 days business bcoz of their irresponsible act. Think more than 100 times before using their services. Get your own server space for hosting your website. Avoid this pathetic service.
