It was a decent stay. We ordered vegetarian food from the restaurant below but it wasnt upto the mark(maybe due to covid).

We utilized the function Hall (mid size) and Lunch service (2019yr)and was very happy with the overall experience and the support offered by the Hotel Team. The Lunch was well organized and served with tasty food.

Very good and well maintained rooms.Better to contact directly to the desk they help in everything. Decent pricing we were definitely not over charged for anything. Will surely recommend or will surely stay if am planning to travel to Madurai next time

The room facilities are very nice and neat. The staffs are well behaved, both A/c and non A/c rooms, large party hall available, parking space is very large as well as restaurant. The train station and bus station are very near. price of the room is normal. Overall I stayed here and had a very good experience.

As a whole the hotel was good. Staffs of the hotel were very courteous. The driver of the cab which I had booked through the hotel was very cooperative though language problem was there. Rooms were some what small for us as we were three persons. Food quality of the hotel was not so good. Location of the hotel is under the down of a over bridge. So this makes the negative point for the hotel. Still then we enjoyed. In respect of cleanness it is excellent.

Hotel stay is excellent but I experienced two issues one is we returned to hotel in the night at 11 pm after darshan of Meenakshi Amma Temple on 27 Dec 2019 on entry into our room, the bathroom door is not opening , it was locked on calling to reception he advised me to try with one rupee coin to open the door lock, I tried but not opened, the room service person tried but he also not able to open door it is very embarrassing situation for me then they changed the room at about 11-30pm.In the new room I able to sleep for 2hours, I wake up at 12-30 am with the help of mosquito strong team by doing music and cautioned me not to sleep until they go away from the room I searched how the mosquitoes entered in the room and found that entering through the ventilator window located in the bathroom. Then I switched on the ceiling fan with high speed and able to sleep up to 5 pm. Being a Senior Citizen I feared to use the bathroom after the issue of locking of the door,During check out I informed to the managing staff to take measures but I dont no what they will do. The buffed breakfast was good in the sarangi restaurant of the hotel. But in the lunch hour we ordered chapathi and 2 curries for our family members (4 persons ) at 1 pm the person of the restaurant not able to serve the same even after completion of 45 minutes he tested our Patience, lastly we left the hotel without eating because we have to catch the flight of Hyderabad Very worst service of restaurant they should tell the situation whether serve in time or not..The above review is fact experience while staying in the hotel and I posted above the photographs of room/bathroom for information .

Experience was good. I did a early check in @5.30, which was addressed in a professional way. (thumbs up), off course with additional charges.initially the linens on the bed was not clean properly or was there from previous. but they changed after a room service request. (I request Management to look into this, to avail a clean linens for new check ins)couldve been better considering the price. but I am satisfied up to an extend. Next visit I may check in there to see if anything improved.Thnx

Everything is good. Theres a hassle-free small restaurant within that serves yummy food. The breakfast menu could have been better in terms of the variety it offers. Very friendly staff, very clean amenities. The linen was worn out, had some holes, still fresh and spotless as well as creaseless.

Enjoyed my stay. quick check-in. breakfast was very good. Overall it was a good stay..only thing is that there is nothing around the hotel so night walk will be risky. For food, either eat in hotel or need to go very far.

The hotel rooms are good and hygenic, however the room service was really bad.

The hotel is new and well maintained. The staffs at reception, restaurant, car park and room service was very kind, polite and helpful. There is enough car park available in and outside the hotel. The price of restaurant food is reasonable and taste is good. The room service was fast. Rooms and toilets are very clean and the size is ok for couples. Its easy to access the hotel from city, takes around 2 km to reach temple. The location is calm. Overall its worth for money.

Good hotel, can park 5 cars at a time

Clean and well-maintained hotel with modern construction and fittings. Tariff is very reasonable. Location is a little bit (about 1.5 km) away from the main city. But, it is quite easy to get autorickshaws or taxis through OLA. Madura College is a good local landmark when booking autos or taxis. Hotel is located on service road at the side of a fly-over. Restaurant in the basement provides good vegetarian breakfast. Looks like this restuarant is mainly vegetarian (with some egg-based options). If it was purely vegetarian it would be even better. If locker is provided in all rooms (for storing any valuables while away from room) it will be a good additional point. Front-desk staff are quite all right, and are generally willing to assist with early check-in or late check-out requests.

Its located near by periyar very calm ambience

When you are inside the hotel it’s a good place to be in. But the approach road is pathetic. 99% people will miss to reach the place at first. You cannot believe there would be a place due to the very poor road leading to the hotel. There is no proper sign board or direction to help you reach the place. Only 5 to 6 cars can be parked in the front. The property is new but they have to make arrangements to bring in people directly other than online bookings

It is a nice and clean hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful. Some 2 to 3 kms from madurai Meenakshi temple. The location besides a flyover hampers the view. They have opted for a very basic cable plan so no English or premium channels in cable. The toiletries provided not up to standard and the rooms does not have electrical kettle or provision to make tea/coffee. For the price provided for the room these luxuries are expected. The bathrooms are clean and neat. The house keeping/room service was also good. The restaurant is costly for the food provided.

I like the ambiance about that place. Its nice to have dinner with family, quite comfortable and silent. The hospitality and food serving is also neat and clean. Rates are nominal there. Both South Indian and North Indian dishes are available. People who carry food cards to pay the bill, Beware of that there are no food cards accepted.

Not a very good experience staying in the hotel. When we reached there just half an hour was left in check-in and they asked for early check-in money. I was with the whole family so we have to pay the amount. When we entered the room there was some sort of smell in the rooms so we have to change the room. Location is also not so good. There is only one good thing that food was good.

All previous reviews are accurate that, its neat, nice looking, money minded, costly, and for one night stay. Yes, the Location, parking are the main issues. Finding and entering the hotel is bit difficult. If your car is big then its big trouble too. There is a covered parking available for four cars, but you cant park it because its only for MD they say. Next is food items. Though its claimed to be three star, the food items are like four star.... Bathroom tapes were leaking non stop and its wet all yhe time..the bathroom door was not at all closing. I was not welcomed nicely too, i was told no breakfast, no wifi as i have booked through offer. Executive rooms are not executive until their website price is paid (around 2200).

Washrooms were clean. Rooms were of decent size, should be comfortable for a family of 3. Air conditioner and DTH TVs are standard.Hospitality: 3 starsThey need to improve here. Very good hotel, In room everything looks neat and clean. The restaurant serves with good food at reasonable price. The only negative is the location, it has a narrow and dusty road which is easily get missed and the surroundings look like a construction site

I would recommend hotel sreedevi if you are staying for one or 2days for a budget friendly stay. Rooms are maintained well. But service is not that goodWe have to keep on calling them for room service. Location is one more disadvantage. Its far from temple and bustand too.

Good, neat and compact stay at a main area

The location is not far from the city. It takes 10 mins or 2.5 km to reach the temple or city. A big parking is the first advantage. The staffs in all depts are good and gentle. The rooms are well maintained, mattress are new and toilets are very clean. The restaurant got enough dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room service is faster and the hot coffee and tea are served in thermal flask. I highly recommend this hotel.

I came across this hotel on Google maps after looking at several places in and around the periya temple in Madurai, I was pleasantly surprised how well they have built and maintaining the place...it has ample parking for its size and it is located on the exit way to Dindigul. Rooms are neat and well maintained...the support staff were courteous and responded fast to our requests. Another suprise was the food...we were too tired to go to the restaurant after a long drive and ordered room service...food was served hot and they even brought freshly made tandoori roti. The only negative aspect I noticed in this place was a very lazy security guard who was seated in the entry and didnt move a muscle when we drove in to direct or help us in parking...he came by though when we were ready to move to room saying the car needs to be re-aligned even though we were the only one around... ofcourse he reported promptly when we were checking out (as all guards do for tip!) Overall a good experience and I would certainly recommend this place...Hope the management and staff continue to maintain the standard and service.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were small, couldve been bigger but its good. Service was also ok. They were maintained extremely well and the bathrooms also were very good. Location is a bit hard to notice as it is beside a done and a dead end road. But that should not be a problem as they have huge signboards. Loved the place. Deserves 5 stars.

We have booked this hotel partly due to the reviews and partly due to the proximity with the Madurai college where we have to attend a conference in English literature. The hotel is well kept, clean and friendly. We had hassle free check-in at midnight and a commendable room service. The restaurant is good for veg n non-veg. We had temple visit and drop at railway station on a minimal expense in a cab, maintained by the hotel. We are well impressed with the facilities provided.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff. were truly excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their to be accommodating. I reall ythen them fo rmaking my stay a very pleasant one.

The food was ok kind there. I have ordered chicken curry and butter roti. I was little disappointed that the chicken curry was not good. And the atmosphere of the restaurant is too good. Their hospitality skills are good. They have room service also. Separate parking lot is there.

This is more than a decent hotel and great value for money. It is around 1.5 kms from the railway station. The lobby is spacious and beautifully done. The restaurant is good and found the breakfast spread to be very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Rooms are good and very smartly designed.

Good service technician super service

Wonderful hotel and stay. I stayed for couple of days and had high fever. Hotel arranged cab and took responsibility to consult a doctor and returned me back. Food is very good and nominal price. Room and toilet are neat and clean.spacious for parking

Hotel room was clean. However no amneties provided. I did not try the restaurant. Hotel is under the bridge and difficult to find. Reception had only 1 person to manage the crowd. OK stay for a day.

I came from US to take my parents for pilgrimage to Rameshwaram and Madurai, the hotel facility and the service is good.The Staff arranged cab for us and we took Ola auto going around to see places. The complementary breakfast is very good. Those who like to stay in calm place and keen on value for money then this hotel is the right choice.

Thiruparankundram Shri Murugan Temple, Thiruparankundram, Tamil Nadu 625005 is in close vicinity , good cordial staff with good room service attached with veg and non veg restaurant. One suggestion is to have Fans in the room instead of completely dependent on ACs

Rooms are ok. But Room no 103, bathroom fittings not checked by maintenance staff.Shower is broken. Not keeping towels and soaps in sufficient no.s. Restaurant manager is rough n rude. Deliberately quarrelling with customers. Yesterday night at 10 PM, when we were having dinner,he asked whether well pay by cash or room post. we preferred cash.Then during bill payment (Rs ..), on giving Rs ... he returned Rs ... when we reminded him abt remaining cash of Rs 200. He started quarrelling that this is why he was asking whether cash or otherwise. then we informed him that u asked cash and we gave cash then why misbehaving.

The hotel is sparkling clean as it is a new property. The service is excellent. There is ample parking space. If you use Google Maps, then locating the hotel isnt a problem. South Indian Breakfast wasnt up to mark.
