Not satisfied .because you will got new vechile that time they are give main importance and good response then next time you go any service or another any work for your vechile related that time they are not give good response. We understand they are have lot of work pressure and tension more....but work is main....give good response... then why i have tell this now because we are your valuable customers...

I had a very unpleasant experience with the showroom and the dealer. Just they are running the business by the name of Honda in the market.They don’t care even the customer is paying the hot cash / immediate bank transfers and they are getting benefit on selling each vehicle.The dealer and it’s branches are in the mentality of they are the owners and the customers are their workers. There is no A/C and the show room is burning like hot kitchen around 2 itself. I don’t know how the staffs are managing !!! They even cannot answer / response for the queries we are making.very bad and un cleaned atmosphere I have experienced!!there is no proper response on any specific person !!! It’s like a meshed responsibility in the showroom. I really disappointed with the non responsive behavior of the staffs in the showroom.The one good positive thing about haritha is the delivery is on time when compared with its competitors like Jeevan Honda where they are just creating a hike for the Honda by stating the delivery will take 2 weeks as a minimum.

Honda bike models and services are good

I had a very unpleasant experience again with them for the registration of my vehicle which was promised to be registered in our RTO office on today. When I called them regarding that they are simply stating that the documents uploading and some miscommunications they cannot do it and they can do it by Monday of the RTO available or on Wednesday. For this registration they charged 2600 rupees and they didn’t do anything untill this moment. I don’t know for RTO why such amount is collected and even though I didn’t say anything about it also. It’s hectic experience with haritha again and there is no proper response at all at any stages.They are concerned about their sales even though it’s happening due to the name of Honda only. Not for the dealerships I believe. It’s pointless and uselsss in making complaints again and again. Before taking or thinking of Honda think off these type of headaches from the dealerships specially with haritha.

Even in an emergency situation, you wont get spare part (Tyre) in the showroom. It may be showroom, but definitely not for spares and services.

They never attend phone calls, they wont turn back even if they attend your call. Actually they dont like to work i guess neither their owner does. He never monitors i guess. Just waste of time. Why to take up a delaership when not serving for genuine customers.👎👎

Dont buy new vehicle from this showroom. Extra fitting high cost against CB UNICORIN 150CC, poor quality spares especially seat cover, tank cover also side stand .Only Booking process is very very speed , but delivery is not upto time, delaying in long delivery,customer follow-up very very poor & customer handling with dealing attitude very very poor. My suggestion KK NAGAR MAIN BRANCH.........
