I just wanna share my working experience in this company. I just worked for 2 years and my training period was good and am intructed that everybody will be divided into teams after the training and have to work with your teams. But i was given all other works than mine and i was pushed to do others target too. I just dont know whether the things happening were known to MD or not. As a worker i just wish for peacefull and stressless environment but am pushed and forced to do others target and treated like schoolings. If i question that then they reply me bad. I just cant feel profressional here and am mentally disturbed.one more thing if am not replying or wishing in whats app group they started questioning me, am only supposed to work at office timings not even when at Home. Please do hear everyones querry, do satisfy them.But i dont wanna complaint about the company, they give great opportunity for womens and provide us with everything we need.please do accept this querry If we were given peacefull and stressless environment,I promise we would work hard for the company and will give our best.
