Please Please do Read My Experience before Giving BIKE SERVICE.Yesterday was the first time in Pandiyan Motors, i am giving my bike for service. I decided to not to give here anymore after this service. Below are the reasons:1.Bike service charge (labour cost): 850 rs for TVS star city+ (too much costly for these kind of economic bike)2. The person who received my bike, was not even enquired the problems in my bike. he just noted all KM readings, checked indicators,head lamps etc and told me to collect by evening.i stopped him and explained to check few areas in my bike.3.In the evening, when i went there to collect my bike, They asked me to pay the bill without showing my bike and explaining what work they have done in my bike.. i asked them to show my bike and told them to explained what all the services they did in my bike,The person who received my bike in morning was not aware what work/Services they done in my bike.He was going to the service guy every time and asking for every thing.The best thing he said is, In their service, they will open the head light and tail light (the doom) and check the bulb is working or not. First ever different service in world.Actually they did something to my Bikes Tail lamp and it was not glowing, I am saying this Because he checked the tail lamp in the morning and he should have told me morning itself, whether it is working or not.But they did some poor service and finally told me that my bike tail lamp is not working and they removed tail lamp bulb too,and told me that they have no spare in stock, and the price for the new spare will be 500 rs.They said they have to change that tail lamp set completely.but after taking my bike from there, i went to local mechanic and changes new bulb for 20 rs and he said there was electrical circuit wire disconnection.it only costs 20 rs for bulb and 10 rs for mechanic service charge.My guess is they would have mistakenly done some disconnection and in order to hide that from me, they said that the bulb had melted and so we removed that. The tail lamp was working when i left my bike for service.but they completely disagreed that. if not working also they would have told me in the morning itself.Very poor approach in service.Apart from this, they are not explaining properly about the work done in my bike and making me wait for almost 1 hour during delivery.Also no card payment there at this 2021..Kindly think twice before leaving here. i Serviced my bike before in many service centers , but this is very worst experience i faced.

I owned my dream from here....Every boy dream... yeah!! his own bike. The showroom faculty were good and all type of transport facility is available and all parking also possible.

I would rate zero I am allowed. Poor service and they dont mind wasting others time. The lady at billing is rude attitude and scare hell out of everyone. They dont accept card until you pay heavy penalty.

Only giving importance to paid service. Not bothered if we have AMC. I had AMC and gave my scooter for service and was told to come at 4PM. After repeated calls my scooter was not ready and I was advised to take delivery the next day. But after insisting that I should get it delivered the same day, I went to service centre where I waited for 15 minutes. In front of me my scooter servicing started and got delivered within 15 minutes. I doubt what quality of service would have been done in 15 minutes.

The cost of all the models of TVS are a bit lower than the other dealers.

Showroom is like every other showrooms in town. But service is unique. Very large service station, Customers are well treated and service is quick. We can avail their service any time and they resolve our problems without any questions. I am so very satisfied with their reception and consulting. They immediately go through the issue with bike and they deliver the vehicle as fast as possible. Mean while we can wait in waiting room with TV and magazines.

One of the worst service centers I ever seen. They wont respond properly to the customers and treat them bad. I had a terribly bad experience here. Never thought of such inconvenience in these kind of dealers. The workers will make the customers feel really bad by their irresponsible and irritated behavior and treat them the worst. Please dont prefer this centre if you really care about your vehicle.

It’s an horrible experience..Mr.Karthick, store manager- has quoted me for Apache RTR 160 4V in 2 different price tag in the period of 1 week, where one of the quote matches the price listed by TVS itself which was 1,16,164rs and other was 1,18,164rs, which was over quoted by 2000rs, but he claimed to say that that’s the discounted price. basically he rises the price and reduced from that in-order to avoid any discounts to full cash buyer.. that’s really non professional.Fortunately I gotta meet the main branch manger, oops I don’t remember his name.. in fact he admits the mismatched in price and wrong quotes by his team mates. Just to be fair, I had conveyed that I do have an quote from sathya Jyoti Tvs for the same as off I had an payment issue there, I had decided to reach you, I would be happy for the same price of them and ask them to proceed further where I am so eager and ready for collection..Unexpected turn: they had turned down to sell the bike to me just bcoz I had questioned them and put them in embarrassment. That’s so childish and I asked- why not? They said so, I asked- Don’t you give discounts for cash buyer and manger answered me no, we don’t give any discounts. that’s totally ridiculous.. even is TVS official site says you get discounts for full cash buyers.THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Wooooooow..Craziest thing here is even you sum up the break up of fares, you won’t get the over all amount..Note: above prices are for dual disk variant, may help for RTR fans..

One of the TVS motor vehicle dealers in this area. But the sales segment staffs are not that much customer friendly. They just work as a robot. No concern for customers. No words to express myself. In billing department and services department, they are good.

Worst place..The workers in that place have zero patience level.I have recently bought Jupiter TVS.They have charged around 6100rs for road tax. But as per government norms road tax at the time of registration for the vehicles between 75cc and 170cc is just 2500rs.I dont know why these guys are charging this much. Apart from this they are charging 1062 rupees as RTO charges.When i asked this, i havent got proper response.On the whole....Its totally waste....

Do not give your vehicle after the 1st year free service. They dont do even the bare minimum after the 1 year is over (paid one). My TVS Jupiter stopped 2 times in the middle of the road immediately after a full service. What a Joke! I tried reaching them, but they dont answer your calls or take you seriously.

As i am a senior citizen ,Pick up and drop service is really comfortable for my age.
