Thanks to mutech computers and mukesh sir.i ordered it and he got it in one day.suprise was it was dam cheaper than online.i urge everyone to step in an enquire and purchase products.now shops are selling in rates less than online and also branded ones

Decicated ,Persistent and Really Good Customer Service.

I bought HP EQ0024AU in DEC 15, Within two to three days the battery starts to drain rapidly. When I to the shop to ask for the replacement, they told us to Contact the service center as their role ends once the product left the showroom. When I went to the service center, they agreed for the replacement and told us to contact the showroom for the new piece.. the showroom doesnt have the same Model Available ( I dont know how a showroom dont keep a stock available for the models they sell) . I thought they will arrange me the same model within three to four days.. I keep on followed them for two months and later asked for money return and they denied. Atlast with no other chance I decided to Go for other available models. I end up with HP EQ00132 AU and Approached them for delivery.. But for this model too they created a hype that this model is not available anywhere in South India.. I need to get this from North India and it will cost for 62.5k .. I enquired in parallel in Madurai amd trichy.. They quoted for 60.5k ... I dont know why they still charge for more money even after making the customer wait for two months... They dont feel the mental pressure that I underwent during that two months..All my worry is why they havent taken any steps for two months to deliver the laptop for the customer..Why they still charge me the laptop in higher price when all other shops sell at lower cost..If I didnt ended with HP EQ00132AU, I dont how long I should have wait for the same model.. They dont take the responsibility to deliver the customer requirements..

I am collect the prize of that model in other stores they say randomly 53k,54k. And one particular shop this model laptop is priced at 58k and they providing laptop machine and charger only . Nothing will compliment with that laptop
