Fraud guys dont even think of buying second hand laps from them they use your situation

Shop owner talking rudely. not giving proper response to customers. worst computer shop Ive ever seen.

Worst experience ever i had in my life.Think twice before buying laptop or anything from this shop.Don’t fall in his words. He talk like a very genuine person but he will change the tone once you bought it from there.I met this person from olx. He said that laptop is light used and it will look like fresh piece also it is imported from Singapore.I bought it and used to it for one day, realized that laptop performance over all poor and its well used laptop as well the laptop seems to be opened already. So there is chance this can be a repaired laptop.I called him next day and explain about this all, his reply was “second laptop will be like that” initially he told “light used and like a new laptop”.After several talks and arguments, one month passed.I have registered a complaint in the police station. They called us both,After many talks and arguing a lot that he said that he will take it back for 25000 - (initial price is 37500).and that too i have to wait for one week for the return amount bcoz he told they want to check up the laptop totally.I was not interested as there was no guarantee on that amount also it was big loss to me.Same day I took the laptop with me and he said that he is providing the new original charger. In the first look only I understood that charger is a duplicate charger but he convinced the police saying that is the original charger.The best part that charger is stopped working after two days, but he argued me that is original charger only.Finally he said that don’t write any review and he can refund the charger amount. I didnt get any response from him so it confirmed he is not ready to give the amount.Lots of loss to me :(((((((

POOR SERVICE.... TALKING TOO MUCH OF LIE AND COST IS ALSO TOO HIGH. BUT LAP IS NOT THAT MUCH WORTH FOR IT. AFTER GETTING LAP FROM HIM , HE WILL NOT RESPOND FOR ANY QUERIES
