Not satisfied by the service provided by the staff. No proper response from them....

Staffs in the service centre are very unprofessional. Today i heard the staff tell a customer “ then why did you come here , and why don’t you go to the other apple service centre “ , when the customer said “they didn’t ask for the bill last time at the service centre in simmakal.”

People working in the service centre arent responding properly and are very reluctant to the customer

Best Apple Seller in and around Madurai... First I asked for demo and they showed demo for all products without any hesitation and finally I said them I will be back in a week..The sales person who called me and did a good followup and updated me about the offers and finally I got my iPhone and service was excellent...And try this store for apple products to feek the real apple experience...

All Apple products are available with offers from Apple. The interior is superb. We can see the demo of all products. The staffs are very reaponsive. Im not into any service yet with them. But overall a good place to buy Apple products here.

All new phone are available..but, could not find all variant of Watch

I visited this place for display issue with my macbook pro. I told them there is an issue with dust near display socket inside the macbook. I insisted them for just cleaning and reinserting the cord. They said they will diagnose and let me know and it is chargeable (Rs.1800). Similar issue I faced when I was in guwahati. Macintel solutions Pvt Ltd., Guwahati, opened cleaned un-&replugged the cord in front of me in front desk during Jan 2018. They said it would be chargeable if there is a major issue in display or for its replacement but this one was free.But planetMini/planet care, Madurai was not receptive and told me it is chargeable. Now, the issue was sorted at PlanetCare Trichy at free of cost.

OVER ALL ITS A GOOD PLACE TO BUY APPLE PRODUCTS.

The worst authorised service center that apple has in madurai.The guys who work here will analyse the service only if they are bought in planet mini (bye-pass road). The guys rate themselves with 5 star ratings. I will never suggest this store for the people in madurai better choose some other shops
