The cakes served here are old and stale. Service is poor and attitude of the employees are very bad. They have option to sit and have food but it is open only for people ordering pizza. It is not available for people buying cakes from the same shop. It was strange to find this kind of hospitality in madurai. The denied access to have a seat and eat even for kids. Above all the cakes served were old and stale. Never ever try this bakery.

Should improve on customer satisfaction. Poor service. Primary focus is in selling their products but not satisying the customer. They are good at hurting customer politely.
