Worst finish I ever seen from black forest before yet, Im not satisfied with this finish and edible is not gud and cake was smashed on delivery

Worst experience and quality in Bangalore branches. Cake sponge was spoilt, breads have a stale taste and smell. Every time I order cakes the sponge is very hard. Sorry to say but Sweet Chariot is the best and Ammas are much better than Blaack Forest Bangalore. Worst place to buy pastries, cakes and bakery products as well. They promise something and deliver something. They dont respond to the call. My friends are also have the same kind of opinion. They sell breads which which has 5 days of expiry but get fungus in 2 days. Price is way to high for this kind of quality and taste. Snacks are spoilt at times. Request you to check on this. Anyways we dont wish to visit this place any more in future.

Recently i went with my family. I have purchased cakes for my kids and they have accepted 120 rupees in hand. I have requested to use restroom for my mom. The guy in shop saying restroom is not there. I said previously i used restroom some days back. Then he is saying nowadays due to covid, we are not allowing. Then again i requested for my mom, then finally they have accepted without whole hearted. In all the hotels and shops they allow us to use restrooms. This is happening when we are not in lockdown. All the situation they are accepting cash. But they are not allowing to use restroom. I feel bad experience with them. HUMANITY DIED THERE. And i will never come to the shop again.
