Ark Bakery was once the undisputed king of bakeries in Madurai. But, alas, no more.You still get fabulous cakes and bread here. Competitors have simply outclassed them with variety and better and bigger displays. Realization of competitive pressures perhaps dawned on them very late. Now they have opened a nice and modern store in the bypass road which is doing very well and which I regularly patronize.
