I bought the house in max GV . My opinion is as follows ,Superficially nice looking which made me to buy but lot of flaws such as Violation of proposed plan, Narrow Streets and non uniform car parking inside community members due to that either you trouble others or others trouble you. They never follow the proposed plan, more houses have build than the capacity, we suffer due to centralized water supply system, any time end up with water scarcity ,though the water issue is their ,they never stop constructing houses like 3hk,2bhk,1bhk,1/2bhk , ¼ bhk and even unapproved apartment type also. lot of car parking issue and unplanned drainage system in all their projects. They are sincere while booking, but never listen afterwards. Construction wise high proportion M.Sand usage, Poor structure ,very poor quality wood material like country wood, no sunshade so rain water penetration is high, no minimum elevation provided, switches are ok, not at all possible for minimum customization. When compared with Coimbatore and Bangalore , too high price even in the outskirts of madurai & booking money will not be returned please be careful(one of my friend was suffering a lot). If you want to have a build house in Madurai better buy a land and get it done with your supervision. Don’t waste money
