My house built by Jayabharath at Jayabharath’s Classic City, Madurai.Key received on Jun 2019.Their material quality is good. But they have corrupted middle management people who are getting commissions from their subcontractors and spoiling the quality. The other way poor quality supervision of their subcontractors work. Totally they will spoil your dream house. There are many cracks in walls and ceilings as shown in these photos.Also there are many incomplete works.From the day I received the key I’m requesting them to do these rectification work and submitted a clear letter listing all the complaints a year back .They prolonged and Finally they denied to rectify these complaints. So, I have to rectify all of these complaints with my expenses. It’s my fate I bought a house with them and wasted my money.I don’t feel good to writing these facts. But their behavior and unprofessional attitude after sale are made me to write these facts. Worst experience with Jayabharath builder. Worst builder ever.

If you want any repair work or common complaints, they will ask you to join their association.Location is good but the house construction is not good. So many cracks within a year.High cost but the quality is not worth.Sales & Service is too bad. Quality control is too bad. Overall I am not satisfied.

Im d owner of one of d house in Cosmo city in Oomachikulam.. Residing there for d past 5yrs. Still tis project is incomplete, n no facilities for d owners. Worst construction. Worst management ever. They appoint illiterates as employees especially Thangapandi. He do all nuisance. Office Employees r so unprofessional n irresponsible. If u ask, they(Thangeswari) say u complaint at d head office even after complaining many times. So coward. They wont face any complaints. They ll jus get their salary, sit in AC room n talk nicely to NEW customers. But they never solve or prevent any problem. Mr.Sivabalan, he is d only one hear our problems n try to solve it. Thanq very much sir.Well.. No amenities inside d property. No proper street lights, no roads, no proper entrance, no sewage facility, etc. More than tat no safety for families. They appoint cheap people as securities. They r rude & No manners at all. They guard only their construction materials but not ours. Securities ask more money other than their salaries to do their given job. They bring outside people to our site. If v ask, they shout us. Management never tak care or bother of anything. Still v r facing problem in our day to day life. Ive added photos. Pls look through it.Tis Jayabharath Homes is not for PROFESSIONALS lik doctors, lawyers, teachers..
