Delivery was not on time. They took three days to deliver. We had to follow up over phone and in person. When I went there I could see another customer sitting with same problem. Gifts offered along with Samsung refrigerator was not provided or even informed during the purchase. We have been following up past ten days to obtain the Lock n Seal boxes that Samsung provides along with every refrigerator purchase. After multiple interaction I felt like dealing with people in Indian Government Offices.Price is also too high same fridge is offered almost 2500/- less on snapdeal. Please do consider these issues before purchasing from Venus Electronics. Overall not satisfied with the service.

Very poor customer handling...The Manager Mr. Saravanan abused me on a transactional point . I guess so will be the case with all their customers. I dont suggest this outlet.I also second the opinion of Mr Vinod who wrote his view an year ago.
